GGuest UserWe travelled with our parents and booked two rooms. As we arrived early, the staff were very kind to arrange early check in . The room was very clean (thanks to the housekeeping ), spacious and provided everything you need . The lobby staff were all so friendly and helpful . They made us feel welcoming . Xi Cheng 夕辰had even WeChat me a list of recommended restaurants. We tried the 万逸福braised goose and 潮汕小厨，both were very good. We are grateful to her for helping us to locate my father-in-laws’s ancestral village also. I think we will stay in Atour for our future visit in China.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in a moderate location, and is within walking distance of various attractions such as Zhongshan Road, Jieyang Palace, Jinxian Gate, Chenghuang Temple, etc. There is even a bus at the door that goes directly to Jieyang and Chaoshan High-speed Railway Station, which is great. .
The room is quite large, clean and bright, the toilet is separated into dry and wet areas, and it is quite large. The bedding and toiletries are of good quality, and the sleep is very comfortable. . There are also laundry, drying and gym facilities. .
There are many choices for breakfast, and the quality and taste are very good. The waitress is very attentive, the service attitude is very good, enthusiastic and active, and diligent. . The white porridge is also served with top-grade salted duck eggs, coffee, a variety of milk choices, Cantonese dim sum, noodles, and desserts are all delicious. .

AAnonymous UserI chose this hotel because it offers non-smoking rooms and has positive reviews as a new hotel. The breakfast selection is varied, although they don't provide butter knives for bread and suggest using a spoon or chopsticks instead. On the 3rd floor, there are several mahjong rooms with a lot of smoking and noise. Additionally, the room above mine seemed to be hosting a party, which resulted in significant noise and smoke. The management should address the smoking issue, as it affects the entire hotel's public areas. However, the hotel does offer an all-day coffee and tea corner, which is a nice touch. On a positive note, the hotel staff are all courteous, nice and helpful. Thank you them all

GGuest UserThis hotel is very centrally located and easily accessible for everyone. The rooms are very spacious and the amenities quite flexible eg you can find a non-smoking sign mounted to the wall and an ashtray in every room.
The hotel also features a K-Bar on the sixth floor, which seems to attract many couples and social activities in the evening. Solo travelers often have the chance to befriend one of the numerous friendly women at night, who are very willing to engage in deep talks. In fact, the hotel even rents rooms by the hour, and my second room had clearly been used for this purpose before I checked in. The staff is also very considerate because when I told them about my room neighbors having too much deep talks at night and if they could do something about it, they asked me, their paying customer, instead to move room in the middle of the night - so flexible right? The security guard is also very peace-loving as everything he did was to talk to my drunk deep talking neighbors. They are also very diligent because I only had to run after them 4 times before they refunded me the money for that said night. I also felt very safe during my stay, as the hotel seems to prioritize guest safety and I saw the police escorting an upset spouse away from the reception to maintain the peace.
