房間設施絕對夠四五星級水平，差在服務與早餐質量，對不起五百元的水平，一堆殘羹剩飯糊弄人，態度也不好，説話愛答不理，以後旅行遠離國企酒店，偌大的酒店，管理者應該換換了，避雷吧

剛來的時候給人感覺很震撼，外觀，內飾，形象很具有嘉峪關的特色，與旁邊的法院相呼應，房間裏面裝飾豪華，公共區域很靚麗。
但是，房間味道極大，無論地膠，或是傢俱，都散發著濃濃的氣味，引入不適，管理上有問題，早餐用四個字形容：一塌糊塗，完全無服務，下麪條的師傅躺着，如不是早餐經理喊他，應該就是來摸魚的。難道是國企的原因嗎？完全營造不出豪華酒店的氛圍。建議管理層來南方的酒店多學習經驗。軟件才是硬實力啊

去年來玩就住在這個酒店，很安靜。離方特一期很近，性價比很高的一家酒店。有個小小的建議，被子翻身時聲音很大，對於睡眠淺的人來説不友好，考慮改善就完美了。
