I highly recommend this hotel. It’s the second time that I’ve stayed here and if I come to Jiaxing again, I would stay here again. Breakfast is very good, room is spacious and clean. Perfect place to choose if you come for a business trip.

My day got off to a great start with a tasty and plentiful breakfast buffet. As a frequent traveler who relies on taxis, I can't speak to the traffic convenience, but I can confirm that the hotel's entrance provides convenient drop-off and pick-up points for cars.

This inn chosen for this trip to Jiaxing must be rated five stars, the experience is very good. Location: It is in the Yuehe Old Street district, across the bar street, very lively Environment: The whole building is antique and very large. When you first check in, you need a waiter to lead the way, otherwise you can't find it at all. When we just entered the room, we found that the air conditioner was broken. After communicating with the front desk, we immediately adjusted a suite with ancient charm to us under the condition of tight housing supply during holidays and gave us breakfast for three people. I chose this hotel mainly because I wanted to go to Xitang the next day and it was convenient to take bus No. 152. I arrived at the hotel at nearly 6pm. The lady at the front desk was very polite and offered to upgrade me to an executive king room. I hope to give me a 5-star review. The executive king room is quite large, but it seems to be decorated too much. I went out because I was in a hurry to have dinner. Later, I was afraid that it would be too late to return to the hotel, so I took my dinner back to the hotel. When I was about to have dinner, I felt that the decoration was too smelly. I really couldn't stand it, and I was worried that it might be troublesome to change hotels, so I tried changing rooms first. The lady opened a room, which was the original deluxe double bed room. The smell was much smaller. I guess it was because there were many people living there and there was frequent ventilation, so I decided. Stay. The double bed room is smaller in size and the decoration is quite new. It feels okay. There are not all TV stations and free TV that I like to watch. It is too late and I don’t want to bother. The breakfast is very good. The breakfast roll says 38 yuan per person, so it should be worth the money. After dinner, I took the No. 152 bus. I missed the bus and had to wait for more than an hour. I immediately decided to take the train instead and then take the bus in Jiashan. After all, the bus time interval in this city will be shorter. As a result, the tour After visiting Xitang Ancient Town, we returned to Jiaxing on the same day and everything went smoothly.

I was told by several locals this is the best hotel to stay at in Jiaxing and it did not disappoint. The location is prime, right next to the major attractions, with several shops nearby. I even got a haircut nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even though I barely speak any Chinese. The room was very clean, spacious, and all amenities were included. The breakfast was a buffet both western and Chinese style so I was able to have my usual eggs, bacon and toast. If I’m in Jiaxing again, I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

The room is very clean and nicely decorated . They kindly provide ear plugs, which helped a lot :)… breakfast has a lot of selections. The hotel next to a foot massage place, which is very convenient. Definitely will be back again when I’m in town next time .

Since the hotel was newly opened in January, various facilities are still relatively new. But the service may not be able to keep up. 1. When I first moved in, I found an obvious stain on the bed cover. The housekeeping manager brought an aunt to change, and the aunt came in casual clothes. The problem-solving attitude is good, but it seems a bit unprofessional. 2. There was a problem with the room design. I booked a superior room and upgraded it to a deluxe room. As a result, the bathroom door faced the bed. And the bathroom smells very bad, and there is a smell when you enter the room. I left the ventilation on for nearly two hours, and the smell was even worse when I opened the door. Later, the hotel upgraded me to an executive room. I personally think that no matter what level of hotel, the most basic hygiene must be done well. Encountering him twice in a row always affects your stay experience. 3. At breakfast the next day, when I went in to pour the milk after half the meal, there was no waiter. I also saw my auntie hiding in there eating during the day. 4. There were 4 girls at the front desk after checking out, so I understood that there were interns there. But it seems disorganized. The hotel was very good at resolving the problem. They gave me a large bowl of fruit to apologize for the stains on the bed cover, and upgraded the hotel to a different room and gave me a breakfast for the odor problem in the bathroom. Perhaps the service staff in newly opened hotels and those that have just celebrated the Chinese New Year are unstable, and many places appear unprofessional. If you don’t care about service, the hotel facilities are relatively new. This is for reference only.

Jiaxing Ramada, a big international hotel brand, has excellent hardware facilities, spacious rooms, reasonable layout, complete facilities, normal operation, and professional service. Two small gifts were given when checking in. The breakfast is very rich and tastes very good, which is worthy of praise. But the female service staff at the front desk on the 3rd floor seemed to be a little confused. I had already reported the room number to get breakfast, and the same waiter came to ask me again if I swiped the card. The disadvantages are that the location is relatively remote, and there are not many people around, mostly government agencies and public utilities. There are few people on the road at night, and there is a lack of commercial facilities. The gym and swimming pool are outsourced and stop operating at 8:30 pm, which brings great inconvenience to customers. 

The room rate is still affordable, but I don't understand why the business twin room was cheaper than the standard room that day. The hotel rooms were not full, and the girl at the front desk didn't think of upgrading. In addition, the facilities and equipment are really bad. I don't know what broke down in the room opposite in the middle of the night. The engineering depar**ent came twice, and the sound affected our room. The sound insulation was too poor. The lights in the room were either fully on or fully off, which was not convenient at all. I especially want to complain about the TV system. It's okay that it can't cast the screen, but the built-in system can't watch movies at all. I turned it for a long time and it showed that the connection failed. I was too lazy to communicate with the hotel.
