It is a bit slow to invoice, the small store, the finance may not be there (she usually is in the Yunlai Hotel next door), and the ticket cannot be issued on the spot. I took my parents to Jiaxing for a holiday. The location is good. It's not far from the attractions. It's opposite the exhibition center. After arriving at the hotel in the afternoon, I was told that the room had not been cleaned up. Then the front desk lady upgraded the room type for free to a terrace. In this weather, it was quite good to blow the wind on the terrace at night. The hotel also gave free fruit. The only shortcoming is that the sound insulation in the corridor is a little poor. Everything else is good.

The hotel is very close to Nanhu Lake. It only takes less than ten minutes to walk to Huijingyuan Pier. The Nanhu Revolutionary Memorial Hall is also nearby, so you can find peace in the middle of the bustle. The hotel's front door is average, like a small hotel, but it has great things inside, with new decoration and smart facilities. I booked a 1.5-meter twin room. The room is large enough, the air conditioning is mild, and the surrounding is very quiet at night. There are many restaurants and noodle shops around the hotel, and there is a parking lot next to it, which is convenient for parking. The breakfast is quite satisfactory and has a lot of variety. The only drawback is that the bathroom has a bit of a smell, you need to open the window for ventilation, and the water from the hand washing faucet is a bit small, but otherwise there is nothing wrong with it.

Just beside the Huijingyuan Park, the hotel also has free parking. You can take a boat to the lake center island in 5 minutes. I specially found an e-sports hotel. In order to satisfy my husband's desire to play games, the computer looks very cool. My husband said that the configuration is good, not stuck at all, he is very satisfied. Hotel facilities are good, service is good, responsive, our whole family is very satisfied, friends who like to play games can rush la la la la

This is absolutely one of the best resort hotels we have stayed. The view to the lake is not the best but we are very happy to be hearing bird chirpping in the morning. The corridor of the hotel is unbelievable wide and spacious. The service provided is amongst the best that a hotel could provide. This hotel in the best location next to Nanhu where most of the sights are within walking distance or very close by. It is offering beautiful and relaxing walks along the lake. Going to the old city wall or to the old town takes only a short ride on the taxi of about 10 minutes. The restaurant for breakfast is just beautiful and the food is excellent. We just love this hotel and we will be back. If you are planning to visit Jiaxing, this will be the best hotel in Nanhu. Jiaxing is just absolutely serene and beautiful. We have taken heaps of beautiful photos and so lucky to be staying at Jiaxing Nanhu Resort Hotel.

The room is super super super super super super expectations! ! ! The location is absolutely excellent! I was told by several locals this is the best hotel to stay at in Jiaxing and it did not disappoint. The location is prime, right next to the major attractions, with several shops nearby. I even got a haircut nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even though I barely speak any Chinese. The room was very clean, spacious, and all amenities were included. The breakfast was a buffet both western and Chinese style so I was able to have my usual eggs, bacon and toast. If I’m in Jiaxing again, I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is beautiful, with a unique design and is also very clean. The upgraded room faces Nanhu Lake directly. The air is fresh in the morning and the birds are singing.
