Wow, the hotel environment is great. It is right next to the Yuehe Street District. It is very convenient to travel. However, when checking in, we encountered a group of uneducated ********* people. It was really outrageous. They were noisy and had a very bad attitude! ! ! The front desk lady was so nice. She was not angry at all. I was going to be rich by the popularity of those ********* people! ! ! Thank you, Miss Lingguo, for helping us check in quickly at 11 o'clock while the ********* people were torturing us. Seeing it is an International hotel, I found that the Western breakfast options were quite limited. Maybe provide more options for Westerners such as cheese, more selection of breads and fruit. Thanks

Great hotel, on February 2, the Dragon Raises its Head, Nanhu Lake experiences the red culture. The hotel is located in Nanhu Tiandi, and you can park in the basement by car. The hotel is beautiful, with a unique design and is also very clean. The upgraded room faces Nanhu Lake directly. The air is fresh in the morning and the birds are singing. At the same time, I also gained love here, and I am very grateful for the hotel's help. The breakfast is also beautiful and delicious. I will come again next time!

I took my parents to Jiaxing for a holiday. The location is good. It's not far from the attractions. It's opposite the exhibition center. After arriving at the hotel in the afternoon, I was told that the room had not been cleaned up. Then the front desk lady upgraded the room type for free to a terrace. In this weather, it was quite good to blow the wind on the terrace at night. The hotel also gave free fruit. The only shortcoming is that the sound insulation in the corridor is a little poor. Everything else is good.

The lady at the front desk who checked in at night was very nice and got a free room upgrade. Because Ctrip check-in provides children's toiletries and check-in fruits. The room is large and the floor is high. It's a very comfortable stay. Any problems will be solved promptly The breakfast buffet on the 25th floor is particularly great. The breakfast is rich. The service awareness of the waiters is great. The dishes are closed in a timely manner. There are many Shanghainese around. Many elderly people recognize it very much. The must-visit places during daytime search are all nearby. The location is amazing and there are many places to eat. I must stay here again next time and will recommend friends to stay in this hotel.

The hotel's own scenery is super beautiful, and it's not enough to play in the children's playground and hot springs in the hotel for a whole day. Room facilities: The room has its own private bath, which can enjoy the joy of bathing 24 hours a day, and the privacy is super good. With a hot spring mask, it is easy to get clean and hygienic, and there is no burden in the heart. The package includes a hot spring center. The package ticket has dozens of indoor and outdoor hot spring pools, rich in variety, and there are many children's play areas. The skin is slippery after soaking. There are also table tennis, billiards, book bars, and sweat steaming rooms in the leisure area on the third floor. Children can play in the children's playground and adults can relax. We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon.

Finally a hotel that is a true five star hotel by European standards. Great service throughout our stay and a delicious breakfast. We booked an executive room and had the benefits of having access to the executive lounge with a decent standard and great view. The best of all was that my daughter had a small accident and the hotel staff accompanied us to the nearest hospital and took care of our girl so well. Truly appreciated, especially since we as foreigners don’t speak Chinese. Conclusion: this is one of the better hotels that we stayed in in China.
