After on-site observation, I found that it not only has five-star hotel treatment, but also has garden lawn recreational facilities suitable for the elderly, young people and children, multiple indoor and outdoor hot spring pools and swimming pools, and rich and delicious buffet breakfast. Especially affordable, thoughtful service, convenient transportation, and many popular attractions around, it is indeed the first choice for travel and vacation! This time I booked a standard room with breakfast on Ctrip. I was fortunate to upgrade to a room with a hot spring private pool for free. There was also a welcome plate at the door, which was very pleasantly surprised, but the free public hot spring is still worth enjoying. After all, some projects and enjoyment are not what private hot springs can experience. You must enjoy the buffet in the morning, which is completely worth the price. In short, for us ordinary old people, it is very enjoyable and worth coming again!

此次旅行，我們選擇了嘉善温泉裏的貓酒店，這裏不僅以温泉著稱，更因貓咪主題而吸引了我們。從入住的那一刻起，我們就感受到了酒店的獨特魅力。 特別值得一提的是貓咖的貓咪，它們不僅可以在樓下自由玩耍，還可以被抱到房間與客人親密互動。這些貓咪被照顧得非常好，毛髮光亮、眼神靈動，一看就知道它們的主人貓爸非常用心。貓爸對每衹貓咪都瞭如指掌，無論是它們的飲食習慣還是性格特點，都能如數家珍。這種對貓咪的熱愛和用心，讓我們這些遊客也感到非常感動。 房間方面，整體乾淨整潔，設施也比較齊全。床鋪舒適柔軟，讓人能夠迅速放鬆身心。衞生間空間寬敞，設施嶄新，使用起來非常方便。不過，唯一的小遺憾是我們選擇的loft沒有配備冰箱，這對於喜歡喝冷飲的我們來説，確實有些不便。但考慮到酒店的其他優點，這個小瑕疵並不影響我們的整體體驗。 酒店的工作人員也值得稱讚。他們都非常友好和熱情，無論是前台接待還是客房服務，都讓人感到賓至如歸。特別是當我們遇到問題時，工作人員總是能夠迅速響應並妥善處理，讓我們感受到了家的温暖。 然而，在入住的最後一天，我們遇到了一個小插曲。衞生間的台盆出現了漏水的情況，給我們的使用帶來了一些不便。及時向酒店反映了這個問題，工作人員也迅速派人進行了維修。雖然最終問題得到了臨時解決，但這個小插曲還是給我們的旅程留下了一絲遺憾。 此外，酒店周邊的環境也非常優美。在這裏散步或者騎行，都是一種難得的享受。 總的來説，嘉善温泉裏的貓酒店給我們留下了深刻的印象。無論是可愛的貓咪、乾淨整潔的房間、友好的工作人員還是優美的周邊環境，都讓我們感到非常滿意。如果你也是一個愛貓人士或者想要帶着家人度過一個難忘的假期，那麼這裏絕對是一個值得推薦的選擇。

Especially at night, falling asleep with the starry sky or lake view outside the window, and being awakened by the first ray of sunshine in the morning, this feeling of close contact with nature is refreshing. The service of the staff is beyond praise. They are not only warm, friendly and courteous, but also highly professional. No matter when and where, as long as there is a need, they will always appear in time and provide thoughtful help. Special thanks to Manager Zheng Panpan at the front desk. When I checked in, she patiently and meticulously introduced various facilities and services to me, and worked tirelessly to help me solve some minor troubles during the trip. Her professionalism and enthusiasm made me feel the warmth of home in an unfamiliar environment, and also added more pleasure to my entire vacation trip.

The room is big and clean. The only downside is that the front desk number in the room cannot be dialed. You can only use your mobile phone to call. This hotel has its own flower sea park, but the facilities are a bit old and there is an extra charge. It is a bit hard to describe. It can only let the children kill time. The water quality of the hot spring is not very clean, but fortunately there are enough pools, and it takes one or two hours to soak in each one slowly. The rest area is too small, but the food there is pretty good, and the charge is not particularly expensive... Overall it is okay. A suggestion: There is a Dyson hair dryer in the room, but it can only blow cold air, and it feels very cold in winter.

Temporarily decided to stay at the hotel for one night, the hot spring town is good hotel, see this room is very big to decide to go to this. The garden-style building did not see clearly at night. When I went to the room, I passed some courtyard corridors and felt like living in the previous palace. The room is so big, the bed is big, there is a bathtub balcony, there is a light meeting opposite, there are people setting off fireworks, a great night. Although the breakfast the next day was not self-service, the variety was too much to eat, the service was particularly good, and the hotel was very tasteful. You can go to the hotel again, recommended.

It is very convenient to go to the hot spring from the room. It is just downstairs and you can go directly after passing the bathrobe. However, you need to walk a little outside for breakfast or the hotel car will deliver it. The breakfast is shared with the Four Seasons Hotel. There are quite a lot of people. The children's suite has an outdoor private hot spring pool, which is great because you don't have to squeeze with people outside. The water is very hot and comfortable. The hotel elevator signs are not reasonable. The room numbers on the fourth and third floors are exactly the same. I just got my room card and didn't know which floor my room was on. I had to look around in the maze before I realized I was on the wrong floor. This detail can be improved. A little bit of signage classification can save guests a lot of walking to find their rooms. This situation has never happened in other hotels.

A B&B that exceeded my expectations. It is really worth recommending. The store manager is friendly and attentive to guests, and the service is comprehensive! The B&B has its own large yard, which is really comfortable. There is a mascot called Wangcai at the door, which is super cute! The room is large and has a hot spring pool for a few hundred yuan. In short, it is a five-star recommendation
