Hotel Family-friendly Jiaxing

Finally a hotel that is a true five star hotel by European standards. Great service throughout our stay and a delicious breakfast. We booked an executive room and had the benefits of having access to the executive lounge with a decent standard and great view. The best of all was that my daughter had a small accident and the hotel staff accompanied us to the nearest hospital and took care of our girl so well. Truly appreciated, especially since we as foreigners don’t speak Chinese. Conclusion: this is one of the better hotels that we stayed in in China.

We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon.

During my trip to Jiaxing, I had the honor of staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Jiaxing. This experience impressed me deeply and I felt that the trip was worthwhile. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the warm and friendly staff left a deep first impression on me. They were filled with sincere smiles and greeted every guest cordially, making people feel the warmth of home instantly. The hotel's guest rooms are exquisitely and elegantly decorated, spacious and bright. The beds are soft and comfortable, as if you are in the clouds, allowing you to have a good night's sleep. The facilities in the room are complete and well maintained. Whether it is a high-speed and stable wireless network or an intelligent control system, it adds great convenience to your stay. The hotel's catering is even more commendable. The breakfast variety is rich and varied, from Chinese porridge to Western pastries, everything is available, and every dish is fresh and delicious, which can meet the taste needs of different guests. The restaurant has an elegant environment and thoughtful service, allowing people to enjoy the food while also feeling a pleasant dining atmosphere. In addition, the hotel's leisure and entertainment facilities are also very complete. The gym has advanced equipment and the swimming pool has clear water, allowing people to relax and stay energetic during their busy schedule. It is worth mentioning that the hotel has a superior geographical location and convenient transportation around it, which makes it very convenient to go to the city attractions or shopping areas. In short, Hilton Garden Inn Jiaxing has created a warm and comfortable home away from home for every guest with its excellent service, comfortable environment and complete facilities. Next time I come to Jiaxing, this will still be my first choice.

Jiaxing Ramada, a big international hotel brand, has excellent hardware facilities, spacious rooms, reasonable layout, complete facilities, normal operation, and professional service. Two small gifts were given when checking in. The breakfast is very rich and tastes very good, which is worthy of praise. But the female service staff at the front desk on the 3rd floor seemed to be a little confused. I had already reported the room number to get breakfast, and the same waiter came to ask me again if I swiped the card. The disadvantages are that the location is relatively remote, and there are not many people around, mostly government agencies and public utilities. There are few people on the road at night, and there is a lack of commercial facilities. The gym and swimming pool are outsourced and stop operating at 8:30 pm, which brings great inconvenience to customers. 

Great hotel, on February 2, the Dragon Raises its Head, Nanhu Lake experiences the red culture. The hotel is located in Nanhu Tiandi, and you can park in the basement by car. The hotel is beautiful, with a unique design and is also very clean. The upgraded room faces Nanhu Lake directly. The air is fresh in the morning and the birds are singing. At the same time, I also gained love here, and I am very grateful for the hotel's help. The breakfast is also beautiful and delicious. I will come again next time!

I am very grateful to the front desk for upgrading me to a tower view room on the second floor. The layout design of the hotel's internal public areas and room facilities is very visually appealing. The room is large and functional. It is very convenient to swipe the card to get to the Nanhu Scenic Area. The breakfast and Chinese restaurant are also good. Every employee I met since entering the hotel provided very good service. It is also very convenient to Yuehe Ancient Town and Nanhu Tiandi. It may be that the quilt is thick, or the air conditioning is hot, or the comfort of the mattress and pillow is not suitable for me. I have asked for a softer pillow. I didn't sleep well for two nights. Everything else is very good. Fruits were delivered to the room on the first day. There is a 50 yuan discount coupon for a Japanese food store and various pillow introductions in the brochure for you to choose. The disposable bathtub cover is 10 yuan for use. Haha, we really saw it for a fee but didn't use it. I think we are stingy enough.

酒店處在市中心，附近吃喝玩樂都很方便10分鐘就可以抵達。酒店服務員非常熱情，前台經理小喬，幫我安排合適家庭住的房間，孩子受到特別的關照，洗漱用品和拖鞋，還有玩具都安排好了。不需要擔心。房間佈置很古樸，科技感的設施少了點，但也體現出酒店的服務價值，大堂的顏色能看出二十世紀出的金碧輝煌，2天1夜的嘉興遊玩，下次還會選擇陽光雷迪森酒店

The front desk staff made me feel very comfortable with their warm smiles and professional attitude. The room is very spacious and the decoration is very sophisticated. The details of the Republic of China style show the quality of the hotel. The view from the balcony is really great. Standing there, you can see the beautiful scenery of Xiangjia Dang, which makes people feel happy. The hotel is very satisfactory in terms of service and facilities. I will choose here again for my next trip!

Take advantage of the children to come to Jiaxing to play before the school, bring the dog, so choose the green land Perry. Pets are arranged on the 1st floor. The room was quite clean, there was no smell, the layout was reasonable, there was a small balcony, there was a bathtub, the bed was comfortable, and the room exceeded expectations. The hotel has a swimming pool, but the children's shallow pool is not open, there is a large pool, this season is still a bit cold, the dressing room bathroom is good, but the reason for the off-season may be that the pool steam room is not open. The indoor children's playground is also open on weekends. There is a children's play area outside, but it is neglected to take care of, so you can play casually. If you walk the dog, you can face the lake here, and it's not bad. There are not many choices for breakfast, the taste is average, not very satisfied. Overall it's OK.
