Popular Jiashan 4-star Hotels

The hotel is in a spectacular position inside the old city, very close to the love bridge. Our room had a fantastic view on the river and was very large, comfortable and clean. The staff was super kind and helpful. They were ready to gently satisfy all out requests, and came to pick us up from the North gate on the check-in day and they walked us back to the gate at the check-out. We loved staying here, thank you.

After reading the bad reviews in the comment area (the habit I had before booking the hotel), I was a little hesitant at the time. But the highlight of sending guests to the high-speed rail station for free once made me have to place an order to live in and experience for myself whether it is like what the bad reviews say. Facts have proved that some bad reviews are based on their own good and evil, giving a conscience evaluation. The hotel is very clean and hygienic, there is no smell of smoke in the room, and the breakfast is rich and varied. The service staff is warm and sunny. At that time, I booked the time to send the high-speed rail station in advance, but it was a coincidence that the hotel car went to Jiaxing to pick up a pregnant woman temporarily. Miss Liu Peiqi, the receptionist at the front desk, was worried that I could not catch up with the high-speed rail train. She called me an online car appointment from WeChat to the high-speed rail station. I hope the hotel can reimburse. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Jiashan! Very nice hotel... well located, inside the walls of the histroic water town, but in a quiet part, away from the hustle of the crowded streets. Room was clean and easily large enough.. with good lighting and private toilet/shower, and daily room service. The buffet breakfast, included in the room price was very good. I speak no mandarin; so I had to communicate with the reception/front desk staff using translate on phones. The front desk staff were wonderful... cheerful, helpful. They went to great lenghts to explain to me how to obtain and buis ticket to Shanghai, where to catch the bus and so on... also the same staff were extremely helpful with day to day questions. The only strange or negative thing is that when shown the room, it looks wonderful as it includes a small private verandah with table and chair. However, there is a fixed wire screen preventing the inhabitant from accessing the room's verandah... kind of strange and certainly a negative

The hotel is very good, with good breakfast, hygiene and environment. There is a children's playground and swimming pool, and the baby had a lot of fun. There is also a Super Wings theme room, but it's a pity that I didn't book it this time. I also received a Super Wings gift, which was a great experience.

Overall it's good, the price/performance ratio is OK, the waiter is very considerate and thoughtful. The faucet of the wash basin in the room is on the side corner, which is a bit inconvenient to wash small items. Maybe the room is to save space and make the most of it. Breakfast is enough, but it's not good. The girl at the front desk gave me a souvenir, which offset the regret of breakfast!

The location is in the city center, there is a free gym and tennis court, there is a nightingale street around, there are many types of breakfast.

The breakfast is rich and has local characteristics. Dinner could not be enjoyed, and the wedding banquet affected the guests' dining, so they could only find solutions in social catering. The room is large, clean and tidy, with complete facilities. Very satisfied with the stay.

Temporarily decided to stay at the hotel for one night, the hot spring town is good hotel, see this room is very big to decide to go to this. The garden-style building did not see clearly at night. When I went to the room, I passed some courtyard corridors and felt like living in the previous palace. The room is so big, the bed is big, there is a bathtub balcony, there is a light meeting opposite, there are people setting off fireworks, a great night. Although the breakfast the next day was not self-service, the variety was too much to eat, the service was particularly good, and the hotel was very tasteful. You can go to the hotel again, recommended.

This hotel is particularly worthy of praise. The location is extremely convenient. The back door leads directly to Xitang Ancient Town through Wuguniang Park. Wuguniang Park has beautiful scenery and you can go back and forth for sightseeing many times a day. The hotel breakfast is very good and the service is very thoughtful. The environment is clean, fresh and generous. I will choose this hotel again next time I come to Xitang.

The room was very clean and soundproofed, so we didn't have to worry about the kids throwing tantrums and affecting other rooms. In the morning, we opened the window to see a pastoral landscape, with rapeseed fields in the distance and willow trees nearby, which was refreshing. The front desk guy and girl were also very nice. They gave the kids Ultraman and stickers, which was really heartwarming!
