Ulasan Sheraton Qingdao Jiaozhou Hotel

Kedua kalinya saya datang, keseluruhan layanan baik dan sikap sangat baik, Dekorasi keseluruhan hotel sudah cukup tua, juga beberapa tahun Lounge eksekutif tidak buka, tidak ada kesopanan khusus di suite, minibar juga dikenakan biaya, tetapi check-out terlambat pukul 4 sore. Tapi saya tidak memberi tahu saya ketika saya check in. Saya bertanya pada diri sendiri nanti. Kartu lift tidak dapat digunakan pada pukul 14:00 pada hari kedua. Pada hari ketiga, saya pergi ke meja depan untuk mengaktifkan kembali kartu. Setelah aktivasi, saya mengkonfirmasi bahwa itu adalah jam 4 untuk check out, tetapi meja depan mengaktifkannya lagi untuk saya, yang berarti kartu harus diaktifkan pada jam 2 siang sekarang. Jika saya tidak Itu saja untuk bertanya. Meskipun harga hotel sangat menguntungkan, jika karena "sangat murah, layanan apa yang dibutuhkan", selalu tidak baik.

This a modern, well-managed, nice hotel. The staff were hospitable and very helpful. There was a language barrier but one staff member would come and translate for the others. The rooms are comfortable, well-furnished and well-maintained. The matres was very comfortable. Thank you. They have an indoor and an outdoor pool. There are green walking areas on the hotel property and across the street. The Breakfast and evening buffet restaurant can accommodate many people and it tastefully decorated. The Wifi in the hotel was strong and fast, unlike the place I was living in another part of Qingdao. Sadly there are only 3 airport shuttle buses running per day, many people will have to use another option.

Had a great stay with a group of friends. Service was excellent. All staff I encountered were warm, friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Outdoor pool was a real highlight.

It takes only 30 min to TAO airport. Comfortable and spacious. A few receptionists speak English which is not easily experienced in China.

Awesome Hospitality... Everything was up to the mark, from check in to stay to service to check out... Location was very central as well which helps a lot in China

Good Hotel but no milk in room had to ask for Fridge this is not ok for a big hotel

Appreciated the speedy check-in and check-out service. Room was clean with good electric outlet availability. A/C kept the room comfortable. WI-FI was excellent. Breakfast choices were ample but basic.
