Fairyland Hotel (Tianfu International Airport Luojia)

Kamarnya bersih dan higienis. Orang di meja depan baik dan membantu. Dia menjemput saya dari stasiun kereta bawah tanah dan mengirim saya ke bandara keesokan harinya. Hotel ini menyediakan sarapan sederhana bagi para tamu secara gratis tanpa menaikkan harga. Sudah termasuk telur, susu kedelai, roti kukus, dan cukup bergizi. Saya bepergian dengan dua orang lanjut usia. Semua orang sangat puas dengan pelayanan petugas hotel.

Saya berkendara sendiri selama seminggu di Sichuan barat dan menginap di hotel paling luas yang pernah saya tinggali. Ini adalah hotel cerdas dan memiliki nilai uang yang sangat baik! Bosnya baik sekali. Dia komunikasi dengan kami terlebih dahulu untuk mendapatkan lokasi karena takut tidak bisa mendapatkan tempat duduk. Dia juga menyediakan sarapan gratis dan layanan antar jemput bandara gratis!

The hotel is situated in a remote area, likely due to the new airport nearby. While the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, there was a slight smell of smoke. The convenience of airport pickup and drop-off is a definite plus, especially in such a remote location. We arrived at midnight and found no restaurants nearby, so we went to bed hungry, relying on the snacks we had brought. The hotel advertised breakfast included, but when I went to the lobby at 7:00 AM, I was disappointed to find only soy milk and watermelon (which was lying open from midnight) nothing else available. I waited over 30 minutes with no staff in sight. By 8:00, I decided to venture out to buy some fruit from nearby shops. In a remote area like this, it would be better not to advertise breakfast if it’s so limited. Had we known, we would have come prepared rather than going to catch our flight by 11.00 on an empty stomach. What was offered felt more like snacks (soy milk and Buns) than a proper breakfast.

The host was really impolite. Even though I am fluent in mandarin, but he was especially impolite towards my boyfriend because he doesn’t understand. The location was sketchy and didn’t feel safe. Room was okay, and it had comfortable beds. We only slept for one night, but I wouldn’t recommend it for longer stay.

Arrived midnight and they were able to fetch us from the airport. The hotel was clean and looks new. They provided slippers, and other toiletries. Haven't explored much of the environment but it was close to the airport and there were some old rail like architecture. The hotel was pretty much flexible for changes, i asked that we be dropped off at the airport less than an hour notice, and they were able to provide service. The booking shows free breakfast but we were not told during check in or in the morning if there was, we went down and there was nothing served.

Please never stay this hotel. First the location is wrong which I have to pay more than 30 dmb extra to the driver. The stuff are totally unprofessional. They are very much rude. Even whole hotel is empty but they don't give us one extra pillow for my kid. This is not acceptable for a hotel. Highly recommend don't stay in this hotel.
