早餐雖然不是很高端但絕對能吃飽吃好，服務員都很熱情值得稱道。

A very fresh hotel with a beautiful design. Under the framework of Chinese bricks, it is full of the romance of the French countryside.
The afternoon tea in Changyuan is beautiful and delicious. The nearby Xinfang Village is also a traditional village with a new look and corresponding protection measures. The village is very quiet and there are few tourists. There are also pomegranate trees planted in the lotus ponds along the way.
The room was full on the day of check-in, and the hotel staff were very busy, but they were able to respond to our needs one by one, which was great!

This homestay makes us feel relaxed every time we return to the hotel after experiencing countless disturbing scenic spots. The environment is very good, the boss also gave the roast tofu to eat at night, the taste is very good, the high-speed rail service is provided, the mineral water can always be drunk really friendly, the breakfast rice noodles are better than the 68 bowl I have outside. The only place where I feel happy about this Jianshui trip is here. The boss will help with the luggage intimately, and send it to the car when you leave, warm your heart.

I really liked the B&B during the entire trip. It was clean and sanitary, the bedding was comfortable, the environment was elegant, and the boss was very nice. It is located in a small alley in the ancient city, quiet in the bustling city, and very close to Dabanjing. My children fetch water for me to make tea every day. I can feel the slow life in the ancient city very well. I especially like rainy weather. I can watch the rain under the corridor in the yard, drink tea and eat some fruits. Next time I come to Jianshui, I will stay here again.

GGuest UserLooking at the online evaluation, I chose Fanqi B&B. On the morning of submitting the order, I received a call from the store to inform the nearby parking lot. I arrived at the B&B that night. The small door face entered the house but there was no cave. The quadruple courtyard has a history of 100 years. The store was very enthusiastic and upgraded the room for us and introduced the historical story of the small courtyard, and provided us with attractions and food guides for visiting Jianshui. The room and bathroom are also very clean, the hot water temperature is also very high, and the breakfast is very rich. Provided according to our requirements, The homestay also provides free Hanfu for taking pictures and barbecue. There are not many tourists traveling on the staggered peaks and found the feeling of home in Fanqi, which made us start a pleasant journey.

TTanWLI wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank the owner for the wonderful BBQ Doufu gathering they organized for all the guests. It was such a thoughtful and kind gesture, and it truly made our stay even more memorable.
The effort they put into bringing everyone together, preparing the delicious food, and creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It was a joy to meet the other guests, share stories, and enjoy the fantastic BBQ Doufu in such a beautiful setting. Their hospitality and attention to detail made the evening truly special.
This homestay is not just a place to stay—it’s an experience filled with warmth, care, and a sense of community. We are so grateful for the memories we’ve made here, and the BBQ gathering was the perfect highlight of our time.
I will definitely recommend this homestay to others and hope to visit again in the future.

The rooms are located inside a historic stone and wood building that has been renovated respecting the culture of the place, creating very large rooms, in style, equipped with all possible technological comforts. The owner, Lawrence, speaks perfect English (a very rare thing to find in Jiuanshui), is a highly cultured person and can help you solve any type of problem as well as accompanying you on visits to the surroundings, making you enter the heart of Yunnan. It is the best place I have stayed in Yunnan, without a doubt. In this place I left my heart, respect and affection for Lawrence and all the staff.

GGuest UserWe drove to Jianshui. The front desk staff Xiao Tian and Xiao Yang received us very enthusiastically. They asked us about the arrival time in advance and directed us to the parking lot. When we checked in, we upgraded the room type for free. The room facilities were unexpectedly good. The face towels, bath towels, etc. were all disposable items, which was very worry-free. The floor-to-ceiling windows are suitable for daydreaming and drinking tea. In the afternoon, there is a delicate stove to make tea. The breakfast is also full of care. I have to praise the hotel's self-made travel guide and travel suggestions, which are comprehensive and detailed. 👍
It is not an exaggeration to describe the hotel layout as ”one step, one scene”. I will come again next time ✌️

The service staff has a good attitude and patiently answers questions related to tourism in the ancient city. Although the breakfast is not much, it meets the basic needs. I especially recommend the rice noodles made by the catering lady.

Location : a 5mn walk from the Old city, and from lots of restaurants at night. very easy to find.
Staff : very nice staff! Despite not speaking English, they tried their best to please me. They helped me book a taxi, and talk to the driver. I was disappointed I was not in the building with the garden, and granted me access to the garden part.
Hotel : Congratulations to the designer, who is a VERY talented person. The design, mixing old and new, is absolutely stunning. It respects tradidtions, but with a twist.
the garden is exceptional. having the tea there was one of the highlights of my entire trip.
Rooms : they are super luxurious, huge, with marble bathrooms and Japanese toilets. But a loise of traffic noise from mine.
Only downside : this hotel is made of two buildings, which are on the other side of the street. The fish tank building has this amazing fisthtank, but it located in a VERY noisy street. My bedroom was overlooking the street, it was difficult in the morning. The garden building is super calm in an alley, all the rooms are overlooking this incredible old garden, no noise. I would recommend the owner to clearly indicate in which building the rooms are during the booking to avoid any potential disappointment upon arrival. rooms in the fishtank part are the cheapest.
Overall I was happy with my stay, it's one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in. But beware of the building you are booking to avoid surprises! I wish I had stayed longer.

Online taxis can be picked up and dropped off directly at the door of the inn. The inn also provides electric bicycles, tricycles, and car rentals. The family room we booked has one 1.8-meter large bed and two 1.35-meter beds, which can accommodate 3-4 people. The room is clean and tidy, and the room rate includes breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and a free pottery making experience. The service at the inn is very considerate. Each room has an introduction to Jianshui tourist attractions and guides on where to eat, live and play. All in all, the price/performance ratio is good and I recommend staying there!

The team is really kind, and my stay was quite happy time.
Located at a few meters form the South gate of the ancient City, buses that bring to the railway station and to the long distance buses station are not far.
