The hotel premises are clearly 5* ! Location : a 5mn walk from the Old city, and from lots of restaurants at night. very easy to find. Staff : very nice staff! Despite not speaking English, they tried their best to please me. They helped me book a taxi, and talk to the driver. I was disappointed I was not in the building with the garden, and granted me access to the garden part. Hotel : Congratulations to the designer, who is a VERY talented person. The design, mixing old and new, is absolutely stunning. It respects tradidtions, but with a twist. the garden is exceptional. having the tea there was one of the highlights of my entire trip. Rooms : they are super luxurious, huge, with marble bathrooms and Japanese toilets. But a loise of traffic noise from mine. Only downside : this hotel is made of two buildings, which are on the other side of the street. The fish tank building has this amazing fisthtank, but it located in a VERY noisy street. My bedroom was overlooking the street, it was difficult in the morning. The garden building is super calm in an alley, all the rooms are overlooking this incredible old garden, no noise. I would recommend the owner to clearly indicate in which building the rooms are during the booking to avoid any potential disappointment upon arrival. rooms in the fishtank part are the cheapest. Overall I was happy with my stay, it's one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in. But beware of the building you are booking to avoid surprises! I wish I had stayed longer.

Owner has a great attitude and is very willing to help. Room however is incredibly moldy with stale air. Cannot breathe and started coughing during sleep. We opened the windows but the still water outside room attracted mosquitos which would come in. We left early after being unable to sleep at night.

牆裂推薦這家客棧，出門就是中軸古街還有朝陽門，老闆人非常好，有着本地人的熱情和豪爽，整體裝修品味也很高，給我們升級了價格翻倍的合院套房！在雲南玩7天，居住體驗最好的就是這家，下次有機會一定還要再來，多住一段時間，跟老闆抽抽煙，喝喝茶~

非常滿意！ 民宿在古城邊，離停車場50米，方便。 院落是老房翻新，現代的廊橋玻璃樓梯和古舊四合院民居相結合，相得益彰。 住的家庭房，老闆大氣，給了很大的空間。客廳，休息區，卧房，互不打擾。灰瓦片，小木窗，已經開始想象那“小樓一夜聽風雨”的意境了！ 夜晚有蟲鳴，清早有鳥叫，真讓人懷念啊！躺在床上我還在想：啥時候再來的，一定要多安排幾天才好！

喜歡歷史的朋友一定要選擇這裏，有着180年歷史的老宅，裏面的物件估計是花了老闆不少銀子收藏的。老闆特別好心的為我們升級到了套房，這個套房其實特別適合家人出遊時選擇，兩個大床加上客廳沙發床，一共容納6人應該也不會覺得擁擠。還有一個户外活動場地，可以在那裡吃早餐，喝茶。 酒店的位置也特別好，步行距離到任何景點。老闆給了很多有用的訊息，比如開車出去玩的路線就特別實用。總之，很贊。

各種方便，停車場距離50米，阿姨會給停車票，周圍各種吃食，到小火車臨安站步行不到十分鐘，比開始住了一天的古城裡南門附近那家強多了，不管是硬件還是軟件都高了一個檔次，但是價格一樣。

推薦！老闆人好、紳士，酒店的胖魚魚很可愛，處處是風景。酒店細節做得很好，在細節處都能感受到用心，下次來還住這裏。

位置很好，附近有免費停車場。很方便。小四合院是我喜歡的風格。離古城很近全程可以步行

位置很好，周圍有很多吃的，離臨安小火車站，朱家花園等景點都很近。周圍比較熱鬧，吃的玩的都很齊全。服務很好，衞生和環境也都行，裝修的很有特色 旁邊還有個魚池停不錯的。就是進去的時候開着紗窗，風吹了點灰土落在床上。

老闆非常熱情，出門便捷，果斷選擇連住，不錯的客棧！

位置非常方便，就在朝陽門外，走幾百米就是古城，離建水小火車站也是七八分鐘步行能到。 老闆人超級好，會提供建水的旅遊攻略和早餐店推薦，確實好吃。 因為古城外堵車差點趕不上火車，好心的老闆直接騎着小電驢載着我的行李箱和我，把我送到了火車站。超級感謝！！

住過一晚，房間在一樓。 優點：整體裝修屬於古典中式風，庭院裝飾的也挺有風格和意境。 缺點：1.房間居然有一個採光窗，能夠理解商家照顧了一樓的採光。但是居然沒有窗簾，客人完全沒有私隱。 2.房間隔音效果巨差，能夠聽清二樓的談話，影響睡眠。 3.運營管理：本來準備在建水呆三天，基於以上問題後，果斷換了一家。但忙中出錯，居然遺漏了物品。2天後打電話給店家，態度和行動上，店家並不積極。直到需要本人返回客棧，才解決問題。 由於客棧位置和裝修風格原因，估計很多人會踩坑。我實際住過一晚後，真心不推薦。為避免更多同好之人踩坑，多寫幾個字。 也希望店家看到後，別生氣。聽到遊客的真實感受，並採取積極努力的措施改善，才是推動店家運營管理能力提升的動力。
