Looks nice in photos and the building is beautiful, but very run down. Needs a lot of work to compete with other hotels in Jianshui. The owner was hard to find and said he does not accept foreigners, even though it is advertised on C-trip? Hot water didnt work after 2 showers and wifi would not work.

The hotel premises are clearly 5* ! Location : a 5mn walk from the Old city, and from lots of restaurants at night. very easy to find. Staff : very nice staff! Despite not speaking English, they tried their best to please me. They helped me book a taxi, and talk to the driver. I was disappointed I was not in the building with the garden, and granted me access to the garden part. Hotel : Congratulations to the designer, who is a VERY talented person. The design, mixing old and new, is absolutely stunning. It respects tradidtions, but with a twist. the garden is exceptional. having the tea there was one of the highlights of my entire trip. Rooms : they are super luxurious, huge, with marble bathrooms and Japanese toilets. But a loise of traffic noise from mine. Only downside : this hotel is made of two buildings, which are on the other side of the street. The fish tank building has this amazing fisthtank, but it located in a VERY noisy street. My bedroom was overlooking the street, it was difficult in the morning. The garden building is super calm in an alley, all the rooms are overlooking this incredible old garden, no noise. I would recommend the owner to clearly indicate in which building the rooms are during the booking to avoid any potential disappointment upon arrival. rooms in the fishtank part are the cheapest. Overall I was happy with my stay, it's one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in. But beware of the building you are booking to avoid surprises! I wish I had stayed longer.

淡季出遊，老闆豪爽給我們升級套房，房間的裝修真沒的説，很多民宿都是偽仿古，他這個是真的古。而整個設施也不會因為在老房子而降低，衞浴都是九牧的，投影是極米的，房間很大。下次有機會再來！

位置很方便，就在古城門外的旁邊，老闆特別親切，照顧很周全，淡季出遊老闆給升級了房間，房間內硬件設施比較好，也很乾凈，院內環境復古，保持了原有的古宅建築，有特色，很安靜，旁邊50米處有停車場，住在民宿免費停車。

不錯的民宿，基本保留了古宅的風貌。離古城也比較近，品嚐特色小吃和遊玩古城都很方便。

牆裂推薦這家客棧，出門就是中軸古街還有朝陽門，老闆人非常好，有着本地人的熱情和豪爽，整體裝修品味也很高，給我們升級了價格翻倍的合院套房！在雲南玩7天，居住體驗最好的就是這家，下次有機會一定還要再來，多住一段時間，跟老闆抽抽煙，喝喝茶~

酒店離古城很近，走路五六分鐘。這邊民宿挺多的。老闆家這打開窗簾就能看到外面的古鎮式接到，711就在對面很方便。房間衞生，設施齊全，感謝老闆熱情接待

非常滿意！ 民宿在古城邊，離停車場50米，方便。 院落是老房翻新，現代的廊橋玻璃樓梯和古舊四合院民居相結合，相得益彰。 住的家庭房，老闆大氣，給了很大的空間。客廳，休息區，卧房，互不打擾。灰瓦片，小木窗，已經開始想象那“小樓一夜聽風雨”的意境了！ 夜晚有蟲鳴，清早有鳥叫，真讓人懷念啊！躺在床上我還在想：啥時候再來的，一定要多安排幾天才好！

喜歡歷史的朋友一定要選擇這裏，有着180年歷史的老宅，裏面的物件估計是花了老闆不少銀子收藏的。老闆特別好心的為我們升級到了套房，這個套房其實特別適合家人出遊時選擇，兩個大床加上客廳沙發床，一共容納6人應該也不會覺得擁擠。還有一個户外活動場地，可以在那裡吃早餐，喝茶。 酒店的位置也特別好，步行距離到任何景點。老闆給了很多有用的訊息，比如開車出去玩的路線就特別實用。總之，很贊。

各種方便，停車場距離50米，阿姨會給停車票，周圍各種吃食，到小火車臨安站步行不到十分鐘，比開始住了一天的古城裡南門附近那家強多了，不管是硬件還是軟件都高了一個檔次，但是價格一樣。

很喜歡這個小院子 鬧中取靜…位置很好 老闆也很熱情 不提供早餐 但出門就有很多吃的 是還會選擇再次入住的酒店

推薦！老闆人好、紳士，酒店的胖魚魚很可愛，處處是風景。酒店細節做得很好，在細節處都能感受到用心，下次來還住這裏。
