衞生很乾凈環境很好，白天馬市街上熱熱鬧鬧，還有本地居民坐在門口聊天曬太陽，到了晚上特別安靜。自駕來的附近就有停車場可以停車，來之前老闆就給我們發了停車場位置，還有電動三輪接送。老闆一家子人都特別好還給我們免費升級房型。電視是小米的可以投屏畫質很好特別順暢。走出去60m就有一家xhs上安利很多的梨花尖小吃，草芽米線超好吃。

房間非常乾淨，如前面的朋友所言。雖然不大卻乾淨精緻。位置也好，就在朝陽樓附近，溜達二三分鐘就到了。在古城的邊上，避免了拉着箱子在古城的街道里走。老闆年輕有為，人也非常好。附近有好幾家美食可以挨個打卡！有機會來建水還會選擇這裏！

老闆人不是一般的好，是特別的好，人品沒得説，真的是家的感覺，車接車送的，房裡白天晚上都超級安靜，房間裏的掉一根針都能聽見！很久沒有那麼好的睡眠了！
