The hotel was not bad for a small town. The room was big and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not bad too. It's just a bit too old, furniture is worn out, some sockets in the room don't work

First stayed in this hotel maybe 7 years ago and was one of the best in Jianhu, since then it has gone downhill, our room was cold, the Aircon barely making the room warm. There was black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, the bath moved and was not fixed to the floor, the bed curtain has some oil spill stain on it and finally the kettle leaked boiling water everywhere. Poor performance from a medium range hotel. Breakfast was OK, apart from waiting 15 minutes for a coffee because the coffee machine didn't work.

Very nice looking hotel and helpful staff. The room is pretty big and comfortable. Just the breakfast was a little bit underwhelming, but that’s just a minor complaint. You get a very good value for your money. Would definitely stay again.

The room is quite spacious and the view outside the window is also very good. It's just that the furniture and appliances are quite old. But the hygiene is quite clean. The service was acceptable. One point was deducted because when we checked in, the front desk clerk did not tell us exactly where the elevator was for guest room check-in. As a result, I led two elderly people in their 80s with large and small bags. Xingli walked around in the lobby on the first floor. Moreover, in such a big hotel, there is no staff to deliver luggage in line, which is very inconvenient. Also, the breakfast in the hotel is not worth the 98 yuan at all. The milk is made from milk powder, and snacks such as small cakes are made from cheap plant-based cream. I probably won’t choose breakfast here again next time.

When I saw the free fruit in the room, I tasted a few dates. Soon I had diarrhea. I had diarrhea three times and vomited twice during the night. I continued to struggle until twelve o'clock. I asked my dinner companions and they all had no problem, so it shouldn't be a problem with dinner. I found that the fruit was not fresh and the skin was wrinkled. I guess it had been stored for many days, which caused ****. One of the big towels was unclean, and the bed sheets and quilt covers were damp. It was worse than a three-star hotel. I will never stay here again.

The hotel is very grand and beautiful. The service attitude at the front desk is not good👎. There are hair and dust in many places in the room, which is not very comfortable. The most important thing is that I came back to watch the wedding, but the admission fee for the Kowloon wedding was 17,000, which was really scary.

A very bad experience. The price should be relatively high in Jianhu, but the environment and items in the room are simply not worthy of the price. The most terrible thing is that the towels and bathrobes as shown in the picture have been used for hundreds of years. Okay😂 The original white color of the bathrobe has been washed and dyed to black and gray, so it can still be placed in the guest room for guests to use the hair dryer to open. It is a big surprise to me. The wind is not much stronger than the wind blowing from my own mouth. Please tell me. Should a girl let him blow dry her hair for half a year? I really can’t understand that such a standard is not checked. It is the default standard after checking. It is really not even half as good as the quick standard. It is simply a big mistake. Friends who don’t want to be taken advantage of should avoid this hotel.

I stay in this hotel every time I come here, it has always been the benchmark in Jianhu County. I came back after four years, and this time I felt so bad. First of all, the hardware is completely broken. The door to the room is damaged, the leather of the sofa chair is badly damaged, the curtains are in tatters, and there is a strange smell in the room. Secondly, the breakfast is also a lot, and there is basically nothing to eat; the guests I accidentally dropped the fried eggs on the table. The chef actually used the egg frying shovel to scoop up the dirty food and then continued to fry the eggs; the table was also very greasy.

Very bad, the towels were given wet and not changed, and the pillowcases were not changed. There was a smell of cigarette smoke. I told the front desk that only one pillowcase was changed. The trash cans were not cleaned. This was the first time I saw a trash can without a plastic bag. The carpet was covered with a thick layer of dust, and the dust on the sink mirror was wiped off by myself.

A particularly poor five-star hotel experience. The air conditioner in one of the two rooms was broken. The front desk instructed him to adjust the air volume and the staff came to the door but couldn't fix it. After an hour of struggling, he finally found another room. I took a shower at night and discovered that the bathroom shower regulator was slipping. The ceiling and shower sprayed water at the same time, and the temperatures were still different. One was cold and the other was hot. It was already past 11 o'clock in the evening, and the elderly were asleep, so I didn't bother. The two extremely dirty patches in the bathtub looked like burnt tiles. The breakfast buffet the next morning was American. 大堂很有過年的氣氛,電梯口放飲用水特別貼心,其他酒店都沒有過,房間空調給力一會就特別暖和,床上用品很舒服,洗漱用品也很好聞,衞生特別乾淨,前台服務特別好,辦理入住特別快,自動延長退房時間,退房免查房。很值得推薦。
