Hotel room is beautiful and well furnished. Everything is like new, clean and fresh.Really a great bargain above expectation. Reasonable tasty Chinese breakfast, suitable for Chinese. A centralised location where all amenities are next to one another, bus interchange, convenience stores, food outlets, tourist centre and entrance to the scenic mountain. A great place to stay for the hike.

The best location, clean and good food, 120 meters from the main entrance to Fanjing Shan Park, A. 5 meteos many restaurants with live music, good food but at 10.00 everything closes and there is a lot of tranquility. At 20 meters the Vans station for the return to Tongren

Although a good location and a nice room, the hotel is not equipped to host foreign guests. There is a lack of willingness to help. When you ask for help in booking a taxi, they give you a number and tell you to do it yourself. This is not the service I expect from a hotel at that price. I have never encountered a hotel so unwilling to help in any way. They did not help us to buy tickets for the mountain (which considering they are next to, is the one service they should provide! Every other hotel we have visited on our tour has helped us with attraction tickets). Foreigners cannot buy tickets without a Chinese ID. However, the hotel insisted we buy advance tickets, so we got a friend to help us instead. This was the wrong information: we were able to buy tickets on the day and could not use a friend’s ID! It is unacceptable to have such little information about the one tourist site next door; the only reason guests are staying in this remote location. Our check-in also took longer than usual, and breakfast is apparently a ‘tour group’ style breakfast voucher. All in all, a disappointing stay. However as the hotel has a great location and nice rooms, this is easily fixable.

호텔위치는 좋아요. 梵净山에 가기 편해요. 주차도 멀지않은 공용주차장에 넣을수 있어요. 환경은 너무 시끄럽고 어수선해요. 침대시트도 보송하지 않고 약간 축축해요. 세면대에서 물을 버리면 하수구로 역류했다가 시간이 지나면 내려가요. 헤어드라이기는 고장나 똑바로 서질 못해요. 븥잡고 겨우 말렸어요. 커피나 커피잔도 없어요. 조식은 맛이없는데 그나마 늦게 가면 먹을게 없어요. 호텔이라기엔 부당해요.

酒店位於梵凈山景區東門附近，離停車場和遊客中心近，方便遊玩，晚上去購票也方便，酒店設施齊全，服務人員熱情周到，早餐外包一般，周邊餐飲店非常多，味道也不錯。

房間乾淨衞生，環境優良，最大的優勢是離景區入口衹有50m，非常方便。酒店的後面就是一排餐飲店，用餐非常方便。我們在該酒店住了2晚，分別在2家餐館就餐，第一天那家黃悶雞份量很少，整個菜品的味道都很一般。第二天重新選了“石鍋魚”，這家的份量公道，口味蠻好，在此順便推薦下，免得後面的旅客采坑。 回到酒店評價，該酒店在我們離店的時候，我們一行有一間房的門卡突然失效，維修耽誤了十幾二十分鐘的時間。同樣是這間房，入住期間空調也曾出現過故障，所以設施就比滿分低一檔了。 服務還是正常的。

房間小一點，但是套房很實用，沒有客廳，就是兩個房間，小的房間是個榻榻米，大的房間是一個大床，酒店有電梯，對於爬完山以後非常友好

酒店位置很好，特別適合去登山的人，房間衞生方面也都不錯。特別是老闆很熱心。我們是昨天從鳳凰古城到梵凈山天福酒店，接近中午，擬明日登梵凈山。在酒店辦理住宿時，酒店主動給我們房屋升級，老闆同時建議我們當天去登山，説是那邊的天氣極易生變，中午上山也正合適。我們聽了老闆建議，上山後果然很好。真的謝謝熱心的老闆。

自駕遊玩梵凈山，住這裡是最方便了，距離1號停車場100米，酒店有停車卡免費，距離遊客中心也200多米，乾淨衞生，交通方便，早餐簡單了點，但周邊美食多多～

在梵凈山腳下有這麼有這樣的酒店真不錯，景區停車場距酒店100多米，酒店給卡免費停車。酒店有電梯，方便上下樓，這點客棧不易做到。

住在山腳下對第二天爬山太重要了。 酒店是為數不多有電梯的，對大箱子友好。 房間面積可以，比較乾淨 老闆不錯，送了早餐。品種不算多，有明檔煮粉，能吃飽

媽媽房間還好，各方面還不錯，早餐簡單了些。床頂等也是因為開關問題，沒有關燈睡了一夜，也沒有睡好。

酒店就在景區門口，衞生乾淨，房間裏面竟然有地暖，我們還是第一次感受地暖，酒店就在美食街裏面，附近吃東西方便，送的早餐也不錯
