Nice hotel, located 100 m from the beach. Multilanguage reception staff, easy to communicate with them. Very good, varied breakfast. Cleaning every day, very well done. Recommendation: to enlarge the shower cabin (quit tight for "non-slim" persons).

Lovely small hotel with very friendly and hardworking staff. Rooms were spotless and as my job is a housekeeper i myself do tend to be a bit picky when I stay in a hotel but I couldn’t find fault with the room or bathroom very high standards Our room was on the fourth floor and although a little on the small side the walk in wardrobe with plenty of space to hang clothes and store our suitcases was a welcome addition as was the safe which was complimentary. We had a small balcony with table and chairs the view was just of the street but it was nice to have somewhere to sit. We also were given a beach bag ( which you can keep) and beach towels to use at the beach where the hotel has its own section where you have the use of sun beds and a parasol, it’s less than a five minute walk to the beach, if you want fresh towels it’s a €3 charge Breakfast was nice mainly cold items but there was bacon and eggs available and the biggest selection of cakes I’ve ever seen on a breakfast buffet Location was good plenty of restaurants around and shops , if you wish to go to the main centre of Jesolo it’s just a short bus journey away, tickets for the bus can be bought from the Tabbachi shop at €1.50 per journey, you can also purchase tickets for the boat journey from Punta Sabbioni to Venice we found the lady in the shop to be very helpful .

Fabulous holiday. Really friendly, helpful staff. A high quality hotel. Lovely breakfast. Perfect location close to gorgeous beach and shops. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice.

My wife and I stayed here for a 10 night holiday and although it was at the end of September and most other hotels were closing down as it is the end of their season we has a great stay the hotel is very clean and the staff were all very helpful especially at reception where Agnese and Louisa were fantastic and a credit to the company. Breakfast included with a super choice and all you need to start your day. The rooms were serviced daily and I would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

A very nice hotel with great service, clean and comfortable rooms. It's possible to have two rooms together for the family, one apartement with a small kitchen and one ordinary double room each with a bathroom which was great! Breakfast was really nice with a lot of choices! Pool outside with a calm surrounding and a bar. The beach is just a short walk away across the shoppingstreet with all its restaurants and shops. We had a great stay here at Sheila!

Myself and my wife recently stayed in this hotel for 11 nights. First let me state this is not a 4 star hotel, its a very good 3 star. Its location is very good just 2 hundred metres from a beautiful beach where you will find 2 beds with umbrellas waiting for you, a real lovely touch. Breakfast is OK, there's is warm fried ,scrambled, and boiling eggs, with bacon, and the making of a lovely continental breakfast. The pool is nice and quite but could do with sun umbrellas. When you arrive your given a beach bag with you beach towels, this is a great idea. Now I said this is not a 3 star hotel but it has 5 star staff. I've travelled quite a lot but never encountered a nice bunch of hotel employees, From the receptionist, the house keeper's the 2 ladles at breakfast, one who sings away to herself as she works. I have to mention 2 members of staff in particular, Agneza on reception, who went above and beyond when I lost my wallet, once I informed her of my loss she had found it within 10 minutes and arranged for us to pick it up from the local bus station . She informed us abou the trip to venice and made it so easy to do.The other member of staff I have to complement is Carmelo. This guy seems to do everything around the hotel from Barman to night porter. From the moment arrived he looked after us, he made sure the room was OK, arranged for extra pillows. He told us about trips , bars, restaurants, best things to do in the area. Whatever we needed he just seemed to arranged it. Absolutely fabulous service. We enjoyed our trip so much we are looking so much to going back to this hotel in September. I always finish my reviews with 2 questions. 1, Would I return, A BIG YES 2, would I recommend it to a friend, again a big yes. Many thanks for a wonderful stay. Gerald Thornhill

Prima esperienza in questo hotel. Nel complesso decisamente positiva. Struttura a pochi metri dalla via principale, ma lontana dal caos. La stanza, una suite executive vista mare, ampia e arredata in stile moderno. Luminosa con grandi vetrate che danno sulla terrazza. Terrazza molto apprezzata anche dal cane. Due piscine non grandissime, ma comunque funzionali e con sufficienti lettini a disposizione. Colazione varia. Molto gentile e disponibile il personale. Sia le signore del mattino, che le due receptionist. Spiaggia dell'hotel a pochi metri. Questa è sicuramente una cosa utile!

Abbiamo soggiornato di recente per 3 notti da giovedì a domenica Ho prenotato una stanza matrimoniale con letto aggiuntivo in quanto, solo al sabato ci avrebbe raggiunti mio marito. Appena arrivata ho spiegato in reception che nella prenotazione non potevo scegliere il letto aggiuntivo per una sola notte e se fosse possibile avere l'addebito per un giorno anziché per l'intero soggiorno. Alla reception personale sempre molto gentile, mi hanno detto che dovevano chiedere alla responsabile che però non era presente. Nel tardo pomeriggio richiedo se ci fossero novità ma la responsabile non era ancora arrivata, ho chiesto di farmi sapere qualcosa appena fosse arrivata. Ho chiesto anche se per caso ci fossero altre soluzioni visto che la prenotazione online non permetteva di scegliere per quante notti avere il letto aggiuntivo (tra l'altro non è un letto che viene portato, ma è già presente in stanza e deve solo essere aperto). Solo domenica al momento del check out ci hanno informato che la responsabile aveva deciso che il letto aggiuntivo era a pagamento per tutte e tre le notti anche se era stato usato per una notte solamente, pur sapendo, che online non è possibile scegliere per quante notti averlo. Per il resto, stanze ampie e spaziose, sempre pulite e personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile, colazione abbondante e varia. Ci sarei tornata volentieri ad agosto se ci fosse stati un atteggiamento diverso da parte della responsabile. Mi dispiace per il comportamento avuto.
