Baia del Mar Beach Boutique Hotel

We have just returned from the Baia Del Mar hotel and wanted to get this review on early , the hotel was just amazing in all ways, very clean and welcoming . The hotel owner and staff were great, so helpful and could not do enough for you. The one area that stood out for me the most was the food which was just amazing , the menu had great options , was presented so well and tasted on par with a lot of top restaurants I have visited in my time. This is all credit to "Dominico" the head chef which you can clearly see takes so much pride in the food he is creating into an absolute masterpiece. Recommendation - When you book go Half Board so you can experience the amazing food !

I will briefly summarize our experience: Plus: • Location right on the beach • A nice promenade through the streets with a lot of bars, restaurants, game rooms that liven up the evening beautifully • the food and beverage store immediately led the hotel • Excellent coffee and cappuccino directly at the hotel • Willing and friendly staff • room cleaning and clean towels every day Minus: • Paid parking right next to the hotel €10/day with the price of accommodation for 5 nights for 3 people totaling €2250 via booking, and he wrote to us that we have parking included in the price, and I asked for it and informed the hotelier about it in writing in a note when booking, but they didn't know about it or pretended to. • Breakfast extremely poor selection, every day the same, no choice of sandwiches, prosciutto, salami on three plates, you immediately received the following mix of plates when you sat down at the table 1st plate only two slices of ham, two slices of speck and two slices of salami and two slices of cheese 2nd plate, a bowl of mixed fruit and mixed small muesli and butter 3rd plate, a selection of sweet pastries Of course, they will be happy to fill all the plates if you ask. Appena rientrati da una settimana trascorsa in questo hotel a cui possiamo solo dare la votazione massima. Ambienti pulitissimi e personale super gentile; avendo con me una persona con mobilità ridotta non posso che apprezzare le attenzioni riservate per facilitare la deambulazione, anche se la struttura non presenta particolari ostacoli, ma l’attribuzione di un tavolo per colazione che evitava gimcane tra gli altri tavoli già occupati ci ha facilitato parecchio. La cucina veramente di alto livello ci ha deliziati con le preparazioni dello chef Domenico Longo che si è rivelato anche una persona molto semplice e attenta agli ospiti. Veramente un grazie a tutti per questa esperienza che speriamo di ripetere in futuro🔝
