Pas sampai di resepsionis tidak bisa langsung check in karena dibilang tidak ada konfirmasi dari pihak trip.com
Saya sudah tunjukkan bukti pembelian voucher hotel tapi tetap tidak dipercaya dan masih dicek2 dibilang belinya dari traveloka/agoda
Setelah 15 menitan baru dikonfirmasi pembayaran sudah oke. Itu pun kita tidak diberikan kamar di penginapan tersebut, tapi di rumah lainnya yg juga punya Doho juga. Ktp ditinggal sbg jaminan.
Bed keras, water heaternya lama keluar air hangatnya.

Ketika saya check in hotel, saya memberikan reservasi saya yang menyatakan di sana bahwa saya lebih suka tempat tidur ganda. Itu bukan tipe kamar yang saya minta (meminta tempat tidur ganda mendapat tempat tidur kembar) Saya tidak senang dan karyawan di sana mengatakan kepada saya bahwa itu tergantung ketersediaan dan sudah memberi tahu saya sebelumnya (sebenarnya, saya tidak menerima informasi apa pun dari kamar staf) Pertama kali saya check-in, saya merasa sangat panas di kamar mereka. Tapi aku tetap baik-baik saja, tidak mengeluh. Pengalamannya tidak terlalu bagus, jauh dari harapan saya dalam hal kebersihan dan kualitas kamar Kamarnya kotor, seprainya kotor.
