Hotels in Jungmun, Jeju

A decent accommodation. It mentions no WiFi, but we could get the WiFi from next door. It was fast as well, so weird not to mention it. Completely contactless, never saw a soul. Room has underfloor heating top and bottom stories, but it was freezing when we arrived. Didn't take long to heat up, though. Small kitchenette is nice to have, too.

The space is large, the family likes it very much, and the location also makes us feel convenient. During the period, there was no bath and no hot water supply, and instant reply and assistance were also available. Would really consider staying again if given the opportunity

I attended a conference here and brought my family. We arrived hours before we could check into the hotel. So we had time to explore the hotel and the surroundings. We love the fact that there are so many shops, restaurants as well as ****** and cinema attached to the Marriott. There are 2 theme parks also attached to the site. Guests could enjoy 3 free rides as a bonus. We got to try out quite a number of eating places including the ramen library and did quite a bit of shopping as well. One evening we ordered room service. We had the beef galbi and the ginseng chicken soup with sticky rice. That was delish! For those who want to sightsee there is Osulloc tea museum next door.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights with our 1.5yo daughter and we had an amazing time! We stayed in the kid's wing on the 2nd floor. My daughter got her own bed and lots of welcome gifts. The room was so clean and had all of the amenities we needed. They had wonderful, thoughtful touches like kid's toiletries, robe and slippers, and a stool to access the sink/toilet. Housekeeping was very responsive and quick. We ordered room service and it was prompt and delicious. Access to the hotel's amenities was all free when we stayed there. Unfortunately, the rooftop pool was closed for construction but the garden pool was lovely. Our room included the breakfast buffet. It was mostly Western and Korean/Chinese cuisines, and the variety didn't change much from day to day, but the food was very delicious! Great selection of pastries and the coffee bar was awesome. They also have a convenience store on-site with a seating area for dining. My only recommendation is to have a car while staying here. The trek up the big hill to the hotel takes about 10 minutes and while it isn't terrible, it's tough after a long day. There are no bus stops on the hill, so you'd have to walk down to get to one. Once you're out of the grounds there are lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Overall, we had a wonderful time. The hotel is very kid-friendly and staff and guests alike are very understanding of the challenges of travelling with small children. The staff were very kind and helpful and were a huge part of why we enjoyed our stay so much. If we're ever back in Jeju I'd love to stay here again!

This was a hotel that I felt was worth the price during my solo vacation to Jeju Island. Even if it wasn't the typical ocean view or high-rise view, it was a hotel with a really nice, quiet atmosphere. However, there is no convenience store in the resort, so it might be inconvenient for backpackers like me. It rained the night I stayed, and the sound of the rain falling on the deck was really nice. This is a place I definitely want to book when my parents travel to Jeju Island.

As expected, Lotte Hotel is Lotte Hotel. In particular, the newly renovated room had a wooden floor instead of carpet, so it was clean and had a modern feel. The walking path leading to the beach was well-maintained, and the coffee provided free of charge in the room was both capsule coffee and decaffeinated, so I could feel the attention to detail. I was able to conveniently reserve a room that allowed late check-out, and the La Seine breakfast was excellent. I used the humidifier for free, which was useful, and everyone who served me was friendly!

Room are clean and modern. Lots of privacy Due to it is Service Apartment style, 1- you need to sort out your trash and bring it to the bin ( Fine will be imposed if is not sorted or clear out ) 2- you need to wash up your dish and put in back in cupboard before you check out. You need to go over to Marriott hotel if you wanna swim.....not within the compound. There are free parking lot, open and spacious, so if you drive in Jeju is great. Shin Hwa Marriot Casino and hotel is a 3-5 min drive away. Shopping and bowling arcade with lots of eatery in the mall area.

We had to change the room for three times due to facilities of misleading in a description of website and bug issue. However, they tried to provide their best cinfirtibg service to customers possible as much as they could. Once we changed tgectoon three times, they kept cleaning morning and late afternoon twice before we finally checked out the date.
