Location is 5 stars because we wanted somewhere quiet. Some may prefer other places so that they have access to other night activities. There’s room service and in-resort restaurants. Everything else was 5 stars including private hot bath in freezing conditions. Good location as base to explore Hallasan too.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday here, and it was unforgettable. The hotel’s warm welcome and attention to detail made us feel truly special. Our room featured cozy bathrobes, a towel heat dryer, a high-tech toilet, and soothing, warm lighting that created a relaxing ambiance. The pool and bathtub had perfect water flow and temperature, ideal for unwinding. To top it off, we hired a decoration agency that went above and beyond, surprising us with a beautiful setup, cake, and champagne. Every detail, from the amenities to the exceptional service, made this stay remarkable. We’ll cherish these memories!

In mid of the mountain, fresh air, beautiful forest, it’s good to get away of the city. Room is modern and clean, staff are helpful with smile. You can see the nature, birds, horses, deers. Food is good. A very relax and pleasant experience.

The room is excellent and the staff was super nice, they were willing to drive us to the hotel room. The day that I went was quite foggy, thats why didn't go out for dinner, instead we stayed and tried the dinner buffet, the food was okay, not expensive

What an incredible resort! Visiting in December, during a particularly snowy week, the service of the staff was amazing and super accommodating, and each member of staff were friendly and hospitable. The views from this resort are breathtaking, right up in the mountains, surrounded by nature, my kinda place! The bar on 3F has a fantastic view over Jeju, looking toward the airport, and the cocktails are great. Would visit again ✨

Awesome resort with luxurious interior. We even have an outdoor bathtub and private garden. Superb experience here. The staff are friendly and polite too. Will recommend this place to my friends.

很不錯的酒店，離機場20分鐘路程。在漢拿山腳下。環境優美，空氣新鮮。酒店房間佈局合理，自帶私密温泉，在室外的空氣特別好。酒店有個透明泳池很有特色，水温恆定的。隨時去都很舒服。早餐特別贊。豐富有質量。唯一遺憾的就是活動內容有點少。加個乒乓球，桌球之類的活動就更好了。出行要包車，打車不太方便。下次準備換個户型住住。

風景非常好，環境在山上，出行不方便。酒店內部設施真的不行。牆上都是發黴的東西，酒店每天11:00必須退房，下午3點才能入住，但是房間都沒有打掃乾淨。衹是表面看起來光鮮，內部不能細究

新館房間內飾很有格調，2米大床很寬敞，洗浴備品寶格麗，吹風機戴森，房間自帶泡池很舒服。度假村環境優美，綠化很多，無邊泳池很漂亮

房間很大，硬件設備挺好的，用的備品是寶格麗，吹風機是dyson。可是衞生很差，枕頭和床上都有短頭髮沒清理乾淨。最重要是服務不到位，尤其是中文管家服務很拉垮，微信詢問中文管家要酒店the stone餐廳的菜單，問需要預約嗎，説直接過去就行，去到才發現管家給我發的菜單是room service的菜單，不是這個餐廳的。最後衹好到一樓吃自助餐。退房當天請中文管家幫忙叫個男服務員來幫忙搬行李，因為住的房間在二樓，沒有電梯，結果男職員半天沒來，還是女服務員幫忙搬的。2500一間房，不值。尤其是住完JW Marriott,再過來這裏，落差很大。主要體現在服務上。差太遠了。
