Good location with free parking

Even though service is limited due to COVID, someone still comes to clean the room, if desired, and they provide clean towels upon request. The staff is very friendly and hot breakfast is available daily. It was close to where I needed to be and my stay was pleasant.

When I entered the room, the undeniable smell of urine perfumed the air. I looked for the source and, while getting in bed, I found it. It was the MATTRESS!!!!! I ask to place us in another room, which was accompanied with an apology. In the other room, it smelled less urine-like. YET, I lifted the blanket and noticed 2 DIRTY, I MEAN DIRTY, SOCKS that had been there since who-knows-when!!!!! This meant that the sheets were not cleaned, either!!!! We had to leave!!! This was an emergency trip and we will NEVER go here again!!!

I booked for one night stay because it was an early flight the next morning. It was nice that the room was spacious like an American hotel. It was comfortable with free airport pick-up/drop service. I didn't know there was a pick-up service, so I took Uber to the hotel, but when I checked in, the staff asked me first whether I was going to the airport or what time I was flying, and kindly booked. Thanks to that, I was able to go to the airport at 5 a.m. the next day.

The location of the hotel is close to New Orleans Airport, and it is convenient to transfer or arrive at the airport too late. Hotel room facilities are good, clean and tidy.

We came to celebrate my birthday and the room was clean, comfortable and customer service excellent. We had purchased the breakfast online option to our room and this saved us about $30 or so on the breakfast buffet, which had your normal things on it but it was fresh, hot and good service. Would definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff was super nice, the room was clean and the location was good. It was convenient to go to Downtown and there was a shopping center next to it. Breakfast is American, but it is OK, overall recommendation.
