Terceira vez que me hospedo no alegro hotel, e não troco por nada! Sempre comemoro meus aniversários de casamento lá. Pessoal do hotel muito simpáticos, educados, prestativos e atenciosos. Lugar muito aconchegante, limpinho, refeições maravilhosas, uma delícia de tempero. Muito obrigada

Fantastic staff. Front desk is very welcoming and entertaining. Restaurant staff is incredibly attentive and has fantastic service. Rooms are cozy, pillows are a bit thin but two are provided. Room staff are quick and thorough about cleaning, zero issues there. Occasionally have issues with staff restocking the refrigerator but that is my only complaint.

Very nice hotel . Staff was amazing they were all friendly and helpful especially vanetta not sure if it’s spelled correctly but she served us drinks at the bar and was always friendly and smiling and went out of her way to speak English to me I very much enjoyed

Very good breakfast. Friendly reception. Difficulties getting a cab (reception simply giving us a list of numbers and telling to call yourself and discuss prices directly with cab driver). Mediocre diner. Decent standard rooms, clean but nothing fancy (expect to pay for your bottled water).

We checked in, walked into the room and immediately felt the room was not clean, smaller than what you see in the pictures, there was hair around the toilet seat and around the bedroom. We literally entered the room and left within 5 minutes. I do not recommend. There was no hand soap, no shampoo, no body soap, nothing… I was only meant to stay for one night, and I didn’t know nothing is provided either. This place isn’t to a “hotel’s” standard, it should be referred to as a motel.

Eu tive uma experiência com relação a recepção Angélica e Fernanda incrível. A gerente Elenice também é muito diferenciada,pois foi super gentil e teve bastante empatia comigo e com meus colegas. Obrigado por tanto cuidado e carinho,vocês são sensacionais!

O local é muito estratégico, considerando a proximidade com o escritório da empresa. As acomodações e o atendimento são excepcionais. O hotel fica em uma região mais isolada, perfeito para tender aos armazéns e fábricas que ficam no entorno. Esse serviço não é oferecido por outros hotéis. Além disso, a qualidade do atendimento é excepcional. Os quartos são confortáveis. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e prestativos.

Muito bom! quartos aconchegantes, recepção muito solícita, funcionários agradáveis, bem localizado. O hotel carrega uma paz, muito silencioso… impossível não descansar. Muito sofisticado, cama excelente. Não poderia deixar de falar da variedade que tem o café da manhã.
