We usually prefer IHCL properties and their services, but our experience at Ginger Hotel in Jamshedpur was the worst. When we arrived, the front office team showed no professionalism or courtesy—there wasn’t even a single smile on their faces. The room they provided was extremely untidy, and the air conditioning wasn’t working. Additionally, when I placed an order from outside and requested to give it to my room, female staff member from the front office told me to collect it from the lobby instead.but I know they do send it to the room , have done before, but this time they just refused by saying we are lack of staff If that’s the level of service they offer, it’s highly disappointing. I understand that Ginger is a budget-friendly hotel, and some compromises are expected, but this level of service is unacceptable. I would rate the front office team 0/5. However, the food and beverage team provided good service. Ginger Jamshedpur needs to improve its standards, as it carries the prestigious IHCL brand name and should uphold its reputation accordingly.

Ginger hotel in Jamshedpur is one of the best hotels in Jamshedpur. It is clean, spacious and has a lovely hospitality. From the reception, to housekeeping, to the kitchen staff and servers, everyone is willing to serve you with a smile and warmth. We keep coming here due to football matches and it is always a pleasure. A great shout out to the breakfast staff too, thank you. Special thanks to Mr Radheshyam and Puja.

From 14th August me and my office colleague came to Jamshedpur for office work purposes. From that day we are staying at the Ginger Hotel in Jamshedpur. All Employees of Ginger are well behaved and have a favuous service towards us. Specially Hari Mohan one of the employees of Ginger ,is so much welled. He grabbed our eyes and heart through his work. It was a very pleasant staycation . Had a lovely and relaxing weekend. Ayush was very helpful with all my queries and arranged taxi for railway station. Really enjoyed the stay and specially liked the behaviour of Ayush who was at front desk.

Overall experience was very good. Appreciate support from Mr Sanjeet and Vikram. Special thanks to Deepak - house keeping staff. Recommend restaurant timing to more wide like start from 6am and provide pack options. May try to keep more varieties in rests.

It's nice experience. The food is good and behaviour of staff are excellent. Rooms are clean and neat. They must show the details of services like toothkit, slippers in the room it self. Recommended for all kind of personal and business trip.
