The main problem was that they close the door at 11;00pm and open it 8;00AM .. u can't go out of hotel if you need something to buy after 11 pm in the night..

What a pleasant surprise to find such a gem of a hotel ! 5-star service from the hotel owner to the Mgr Prasanta, Mr. Zakil and the Housekeeping staff. Professional and gracious hospitality team. Comfortable room, hot water available 24/ 7, water pressure's good, wifi's reasonably fast, food's good. Just replace the tap washers; and it'd be a perfect stay. Thank you for a lovely visit ! :)

Don’t change towels and bed-sheets daily. The bathroom was worst not a single tap/shower was working properly. Stay 3 nights and every morning i complained but no response. The first hotel in my life where the main door was closed at 11 pm and opened after 6:30 am. The receptionist was sleeping on the reception sofa till 8:30 am, with no greetings even didn't wake up to collect the keys. Worst service and responsibilities of any administration.

Hotel gates close on 11 pm, open on 7am in the morning, no one available on reception, every time i need to wait for half an hour to handover the room key.

Stay was great. Room, bathroom, sheets were clean. They have their own restaurant, food was amazing there.

Nice stay. But service needs little promptness! acs are old and need renewal.

Whilst complementary breakfast was booked but was never severed inspite of several reminder. Further they charged for morning tea and did not prove breakfast. Horrible experience

Stay was good and comfortable. Staffs well behaved. Sanitation needs a little more attention. Rest all right.
