Asia Hotel is the oldest in Jammu. During my current visit I observed that the interiors, catering services and overall standards need some improvement. The training of staff especially catering staff is an immediate requirement

The reviews of this hotel were good due to which we book rooms for our family but when we reached there the service, check in and check out was not ever good. The staff which was on front desk was not able to handle the check out process. We were even charged with laundry bill which was not even ours. I was told that i will get my bill on email but still there is not email received from hotel.

Pros : Good good and very authentic pricing Excellent staff Perfect service Perfect location Quiet environment Cons : No working health club . We eat more and no place to burn calories. All equipment are out of order . So eat wisely as food is tempting
