i recently stayed at hotel satyam in jammu, and i must say it was a disappointing experience. the rooms were nothing like what was shown they were dirty and had a foul smell. some of the staff were also quite unprofessional and unhelpful. i would not recommend anyone to stay here. it was the worst experience i’ve had in a hotel.. room with dirty bathrooms and poorly maintained facilities.

Lack of cleanliness in washrooms. The rooms are average. AC is not working properly in one room. Food is good. Location is infront of Railway station. As per price it's average hotel.
