Pili Pili Sunrise

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The pictures online and descriptions are exactly what u see in actual. The house keeping , waiters, and management are friendly and they try to accommodate you with whatever they can. The hotel is very small as stated, but it's relaxing and gives you that summer tropical island vacation feel. It's the easiest access from your room to the pool and beach. It's worth it for the price you pay and there are definitely things that need attention and can improve but overall it's a good place to stay and come to to rest inbetween all your water activities.

We booked the property for their deluxe quAdraple sea view room with bath as it looked stunning on photos. The room was pretty good though, but the views from the balcony were excellent. Apart from this nothing else about the property was worth a visit. The breakfast and pool area are run down. Flies all around while you have breakfast. We left and took the food to our room. The breakfast options in itself were not appealing and tasted average. Electricity was a massive issue and the light kept tripping in our room. No phone in room so you have to climb up and all the way down for any query. For a fancy boutique room, there was nothing provided like slippers, dental kit etc, and what was shocking was they didn’t have a dental kit at all when asked. A basic fruit like banana wasn’t there for baby at the breakfast. The kettle burst giving me a slight shock and stopped working. I had to run behind them to provide me got water to make baby food. There was a manager named Jonathan who also asked me if the baby was playing with the kettle for it to burst which was the most studied response he could give, But after we complained, one of their managers Saif was prompt enough to be at our service. They packed us to-go breakfast for the next day which was good.

Staff incredible helpful and nice, Joseph at the reception make our stay beyond amazing. Our room was big and daily clean with balcony and ocean views. The hotel offers free snorkel tour and maasai shows some days of the week. The buffet breakfast is on the rooftop part with great views and delicious food, heaps of variety and the chef Maddregal is a masterChef👏🏼 The hotel also has an Italian and Mexican restaurant and they deliver to your room if you like. The swimming pool on the top floor is perfect to have some private swim and floating breakfast😍 100% recommended 👌

Is Trip Advisor aware of documentary - scam by convicted Polish fraudster exploiting investors, employees, and community. I’m suspicious of any recent reviews suggesting positive experience. Fraudster has disappeared as Poland delayed his extradition.

Pili Pili hotels is a big scam!!!! We booked our trip months in advance and paid upfront. With less than two weeks to go, the hotel cancelled our accommodation due to overbooking, leaving us scrambling to find additional accommodation and ruining part of our honeymoon. The best part is that they haven’t refunded us and ignore any communications regarding refunds. DO NOT BOOK PILI PILI TROPICAL ISLAND HOTEL

Very poor . They took my money in full then cancelled by booking and I am still waiting for a refund . I have emailed , sent them countless messages but no reply . Be very careful . They take your money even before it’s due . They then send you a email as soon as the money has cleared to say due to over booking , it’s cancelled then do not refund you .
