The quality of the room, service, cleaning, bathroom in the hotel booked through your software was very poor, according to which the room was rented. My money was completely wasted. You people also did not deal properly with this hotel due to which customer's money is wasted. Whereas make my trip does not give such a bad deal on such room rent. You people please do not spoil your quality and service. Thank you for your service. Nope thank you

The hotel is unprofessional and need attitude change. Management should know they are part of Hospitality industry, which have some set principals and standards. Tea kettle, if there it has to be with tea kit ( may cost only Rs 10.00), not given. Person has to ask toiletry kit. Water bottle for RO, but empty. Shower broken in one room, on enquiry comment that still you can have shower to a woman relative. Evening when asked, to room boy, they told water, tea kit is chargeable. Lift is a pain,if some one does not close grill well, all will remain standing. Hotel management should understand what industry they are catering, better they understand. Only fixing good tiles and show off does not compensate basic services.

There was a bit of issue with cleanliness in the room. There was dust on the side tables and table. Staff was good in giving service. Food was also good. Breakfast timing should have been at 8 am instead of 8:30 am

Room ambience is good, staffs were very kind and supported for me. I have gone to a new area where i don't know local language. They helped me for my energy local purchases which is actually out of scope. I am very thankful to all the staffs in royal palace.

Washrooms are not at par. Fancy shower areas, leak all over flooding water outside. Renovation work causing dust all over. Lift doesn't work many times. Hot water not available, due to pipeline issues.

Location-wise, the hotel is in a prime spot, making it easy to explore the area. I also appreciated the free wi-fi and fast service whenever i needed anything. Overall, my stay at hotel royal palace was fantastic, and i highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable stay with excellent service. I will definitely be returning!

Room was clean but check in and check out timing need to be changed. Check in time is 10 am and check out time is 9 am, it should be standard like check in at 12 and check out is at 11 am. Food is pathetic need to improve lot.
