Service was very bad no body lotion low quality bathing soap very cheap quality slippers just 3 to 4 things in menu on the name of breakfast buffet 3rd class experience.

first of all room was very dirty fragnance in the room was like someone has used cigarette and alcohol bad was very uncomfortable and glass which was own side table of the bed was very lightweight it was easily move from wooden table to the floor easily no one attend you properly in the reception it was totally harassment lift was also not clean and food quality according to price is pathetic I never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel pathetic experience ***** with family no car parking no one will come to take your bags you have to take your luggage at yourself so were all very much pathetic experience which we faced in brew Times

We had an amazing stay! The staff was super helpful and always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. The rooms were totally worth the price—comfortable and well-maintained. Overall, a great experience!

Very very very bad experience with the hotel , first of all I booked and paid whole amount for the most premium room they were showing . Shockingly firstly they couldn’t find my booking in their system because it was sent to hidden folder by someone in their pc , they give keys of rooms and despite trying terribly hard by their employees room gate was stucked and room’s lock was not opening , then they gave another room in shockingly in that room bed sheets were not changed after visit by last couple ( I think understood) stinking and cockroach’s on floor after that when we were waiting they started cleaning room and changing bedsheets , we waited for like 20 -30 mins but nothing happened and it was midnight 12 I was sitting outside with my child . Then u asked them for refund they said we can’t do anything. Very very bad hotel if someone is going with family plzzzz don’t go there sleep in your car that will be much better.

The room was clean, but there were many things were missing, Like the dental kit was not available, Hangers were not available in almirah, Bathroom kit was not complete, only soap and shampoo were available, shower were not working properly, There were noise at midnight, evening shift team were cleaning utensils and huge noise was coming to my our room, we called 3 times to the reception then they stop washing utensils. food was above average overall rating was 2 out of 5.

The rooms were clean, reception was humble, even the valet parking was available, also location was accessible and the centre of city, model town had a good vibe and itnwas enjoyable. Only the room lacked windows rest everything was amazing. Cosy rooms.
