It was a nice stay & I really loved the food. Rooms were very comfortable ***** with swimming pool view. I will recommend it to all. Please come & enjoy the stay @ Park Plaza Jalandhar. Very near to railway station & easy approaching to the city..

The Reservation for Radisson Jalandhar and Park Plaza Jalandhar comes out at same in Jalandhar. We being 4 adults on official work to Jalandhar stayed from 8th-9th May, 2025. 2) We have visited Radisson Jalandhar tried and tested and then there is this new property Park Plaza Jalandhar which had their soft launch in 2024 and they intent to have their full launch by late 2025. 3) We directly went to the hotel for dinner as having reached there by the same time and thought of looking at the rooms. Being a new property it was great however now after staying we’ll say the system of working wasn't. 4) The A/C(s) were not working properly. Inspite of constant reminders on the front desk there was no resolution from 09:30 till 11. Ultimately by 11:00 PM we had to call the Front Office Manager who got it resolved. Imagine suffocating in rooms scorching heat of 42'C of Punjab and disputes between Indo-Pak relations. 5) The staff had opened the room next door and were watching cricket match. Though I'm cricket match myself however considering the staff opening the rooms and utilising it for their own benefit shows the administrative discipline and higher-ups effectiveness which I'll say is none. There cameras have all the recording. 6) Our Breakfast buffet was with the room. We had an official meeting to take care of in early hours and requested for some 4 piece of muffins and bananas to be packed which they instantly denied. Hotel policy they said and WE OBLIGED. 7) Being a Radisson Loyalty Program since long has been delightful. There staff when we were looking at the rooms and planning to get it booked informed us that the points and stay shall be added however afterwards they're simply dilly delaying it one pretext or other. Being mis-represented at a 3-Star/4-Star Property I believe is breaking the trust of the guest. Asking for good reviews again is by no means showcasing what good qualities are of the management. The 3-Star rating is given for location and New Rooms. Nothing else however I'll reiterate again that the management running the show is very poor.
