Hotel dekat Soekarno-Hatta Intl. Airport (CGK), Benda

No luxuries here, and it has seen better days! But it’s not about luxury, it’s about the convenience. I arrived at 01:30 and wanted a clean comfortable bed and a good shower in the morning. That is exactly what I got. I left at 11:00 feeling refreshed and ready to go into Jakarta. The staff were pleasant and helpful too, even at 01:30!

The staff are friendly and understanding, starting from checking in, and checking out. Amazing welcome experience. I am not sure what's the name of receptionist that serve me on the 28/12? Please check your system to convey my thanks to this lady who is so professional, knowing what she's doing, always smiling, 😊 The checking in is so smoothly.From security to restaurant all staff are properly trained 👍I will definitely recommend to all my staff, Relatives, friends. Stayed here with the family in 2 rooms as the departure flight was quite early. Good location, small simple room but in general it provides everything you need for one night only. As mentioned in other reviews, quite smelly as no windows and you have to use the airconditioning for some kind of breeze which is very noisy. Also rooms are very noisy, you will hear guests departing all night, shower/toilette of your neighbours. Shower is small, but sink did not work at all. Flooded the bathroom after showering for 2min with cold water (Hot water would take 4-5min but then you flood the whole room)

This capsule hotel exceeded expectations! Spotless facilities, comfortable pods, and excellent security. The shared lounge was cozy, and the location was unbeatable. Affordable yet high-quality—perfect for a short and budget-friendly stay!

The hotel just opened and the whole hotel is clean. The breakfast is enough to fill you up. It is directly connected to Terminal 3 of Soekarno Hatta International Airport, but the location is a little difficult to find. Enter the building and take the elevator or escalator to the 2nd floor on the domestic boarding gate side (it is difficult to find if you use the elevator outside, so it is better to go inside the building first). The entrance is next to A&W after crossing the corridor. The walls are thin, so be careful if you are sensitive to noise.

The airport shuttle service was disappointing. The hotel staff failed to provide the pick-up location and did not inform me of the shuttle schedule at the time of booking. Although I had provided my flight details and arrival time when reserving the service, I had to send several messages after arriving at the airport before receiving a reply with the pick-up location and shuttle schedule. This left me waiting at the airport for 40 minutes. While the hotel eventually arranged for a private car to pick me up immediately, such a mistake is unacceptable for a five-star hotel. The gym equipment is somewhat basic. Given that this hotel is located near the airport, most guests likely choose to stay here because they have a flight the next day. As such, guests are unlikely to leave the hotel once checked in, making the quality of the hotel's facilities even more important. This is an area I recommend improving.

Actually I saw this hotel have really nice reviews, so I booked to prove it. and then surprisingly all the reviews are true. I said that cause they really treat me very well, all of them are very friendly and full of smile. I booked 1 night around Rp.500.000 and I think that’s cheap because the location is near to the airport and also they provide free shuttle transport 24 hours. Foods are delicious also. the room is pretty big with all amenities. I loved to be there. later I will spend my holiday there with my family 🥰. they didn’t paid me to give this review, I promise it 🙂

Arrived from Bali close to midnite. I manage to arrange a pick up schedule, but driver have to pick up quite a lot of other passengers from different terminals, so time to get to the hotel took about 80-90 minutes which it would only take 10 minutes by Taxi which might cost 100K. By 7ish I was back ti the airport again to catch my 10@m flight back to HKG. Bravo to the Drivers who are all nice n courteous, Better hotel choice than the Capsule at the terminal 3 which is very Noisy when I stayed on my way to Bali before which cost about the same. The Chain Lock was Cut separated which Gave me quite unsecure feeling but Thank God nothing happened.

This is my second time staying at Zest Hotel for an overnight transit in Jakarta, will surely choose it again for transit because: 1. They offer free airport shuttle service, both pick up and drop off. The hotel is around 10- 15 mins away from the airport, depends on which Terminal you arrive 2. Room is not big but it's clean. However, my 2nd time here got a little disappointment - there's a towel in the bathroom with cigarette smell :/ 3. They provide toothbrush/tooth paste, shower gel, shampoo, hangers, free wifi, water (also has water dispenser in the corridor), enough for short stay transit 4. Buffet breakfast - well... don't expect too much because it's only Indonesian dishes plus bread. No eggs :(( Also not many choices but with this cheap room price, am totally fine with it! The Indonesian burbur (rice porridge) is very tasty, I had 2 big bowls!! 5. There are some eateries/ cafes and Alfamart ( or Indomaret or 7-11... can't remember) just outside the hotel, very convenient. 6. Zest Hotel is situated next to Swiss Belhotel Airport Jakarta, they belong to the same hotel group so the free shuttle bus also includes the guests from Swiss Belhotel. We went over to Swiss Belhotel's lobby restaurant for dinner, very good food and service. They offered us super yummy tempe chips with our drinks :)) Just a friendly reminder: if you are going to Terminal 3, it might take a bit more time for your airport drop off as they need to drop guests to T1 and T2 first (if any) .My experience was it took me 30 mins to arrive T3 from the moment I get on the shuttle. Anyway, I will still choose Zest Hotel as my transit hotel and recommend it, you got more than what you pay for!

Im pleased during my short stay. Hotel is clean, service are good. Staff are helpful and courteous with their greetings and sincere smile. I like their free shuttle service to the airport. Facilities are almost complete with swimming pool, gym, billiards and welness spa plus their unique Durian resto. There is only one glitch that happened in the Rimba Durian resto that the staff have forgotten to placed our food orders, we have waited for 1&1/2 hours until we sense something not right.. staff have asked for apology..but honestly my excitement to have try their local cuisine melts off.. But generally, rating still all good for me.❤️.
