Company chair person is saying 3 star property at time of booking and the person in owner capacity rajesh choudhary says that property is low to lower and when customer argue rajesh sir will try to threaten in simple words now tell me about the safety

The hotel service was satisfactory, however, the room sizes were quite limited, the non-veg food quality was average, compared to the price tag. There is no parking space available.

Location was close to station, around 10 min drive by car, food was good / tasty, breakfast did not have much options though, a loo pratha curd, poha, or butter toast, with tea or coffee. Cafeteria space was in open at roof top, so if weather is hot, you can’t have lunch / breakfast there. Rooms were not properly cleaned (floors, though spacious for two persons, remote for tvs were broken not in working condition, no almirahs in room, kind of feeling of converted hotel rooms. Staff was good, and reacted in positive manner to all requests / complaints. If you are going by your own car, no parking available. Overall experience very average, would not like to stay again

Good place. Hospitality was excellent. Guidance and site seeing was good. Appreciate the visit to thar desert and sufiana cultural show.

Cleaness is good service is good in bathroom not a seating stul and not a car parking breakfast and tea so nice atmosphere is good location is very nice n near tourists place rooftop garden restaurant hotel receptionist behaviour very nice and cooperative price is reasonable everything is 80%ok

The hotel was below average. Cleanliness issue. The washrooms were stinking badly. Even the toilet seat was leaking. The rooms were ok. But i would nor recommend this hotel. Bath towels were in a very bad condition. There was dust all around. No proper parking. The restaurant was pathetic. Bad food. We had a buffet and there were only 3 things in the menu further when we asked for second cup of tea, the restaurant guy said that it will take time and later after some time he said there in no milk we cant make tea. The reception guy and the working boys were very rude, no hospitality. Bad experince. You can get more good hotels in this budget

Well located but difficult to find in google maps. All amenities including wifi satisfactory. Rooftop restaurant is excellent and gives additional heavenly view of the entire fort

They didn't offered us early check-in whereas rooms were available. Rooms shown while booking were different from actual provided.

Vey nice hotel n staff in avg budget service is good n also staff nature is good in this budget. Fort view is also good
