Jaisan Haveli hotel is a delight! We had an enchanting stay here. The location is fabulous, near to the fort and wonderful views from the fabulous rooftop terrace. The rooms are beautifully decorated, extremely spacious, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable beds! Abdul is the wonderful manager who makes your stay special and is always ready to help you with anything your heart desires. I highly recommend Jaisan haveli hotel.

The Jaison Haveli Hotel greet me with friendliy and helpful employees. The Whole building from entrance till the room and balcony have an authentuc look and is roundet up with an rooftop restaurant with panorama view. Everything is clean and works fine. all my wishes were fulfilled. Big thanks on Soyab who made my stay just perfect.

There is more staff members that don't speak English as those that do, but the hotel manages. Also by inviting someone who speaks English, if you report your arrival time in advance. During our stay, we had everything that we needed. The hotel also helped me and my friend to make an appointment for an afternoon in desert with a camel ride and a traditional dance performance, including the car ride to the desert camp and back, making our experience very smooth and relaxed.

Everything was so very comfortable. The polite staff made us feel at home. Awesome food and service. They kept our luggage for an entire day even after the check out. Very concerned staff made our experience memorable.

Comfortable, spacious and pretty rooms. Food was great but preparation was quite slow. Our host Soyab was very courteous and accommodating of every request. Absolutely worth the price, highly recommended.

This was such a wonderful stay, from the moment I arrived Soyab made me feel really welcome. Soyab will do anything to make your stay more comfortable. My room was large, clean and airy with air conditioning, and most importantly it was really quiet! Each morning I had a lovely breakfast on the roof from which you can see the hill fort. This hotel offers excellent value for money and the best service I have so far experienced on this trip. Recommended!

We have been in India a week and a half now, and this has been our favourite hotel so far - we were gutted to only be staying one night! We arrived at 6am after travelling on the night train. As it was so early, the hotel was closed. However the receptionist allowed us to check in at no extra cost and showed us straight to our room. This was hugely appreciated! The room was very spacious, clean and modern with the comfiest bed we have slept in yet! The staff are very helpful and friendly, always around for a chat or to give advice on places to visit/restaurants to eat at etc. We spent the evening sat on the lovely rooftop terrace and they provided us with beers and wine. You would see a lovely view of the sunset from here but we weren’t around to see it. The next night, we went on a camel safari. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel and felt assured that they were in good hands! The hotel is in a nice location, a short walk (15 minutes) to the fort. The hotel is far enough off the main street that it is easy to have a good nights sleep without the sound of horns beeping all night! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Jaisalmer!

There is no other place like Jaisalmer in india n if one wanna feel that much special in their Trip than Mateh villa will surely be ur Answer. Those cozzyy n comfy rooms, aesthetic n Rajwadi Touch to exterior. Bathroom n other facilities were up to the mark. That roof top view of old city n Fort was so mesmerizing that u can't get over from that especially in night. Nearby to the Fort and local city and Sam dunes. Manager and other staff were helping nature n so much cooperative and always available to let u feel a way better hospitality and royal treatment. @Mateh Villa is a one stop to all your queries in Jaisalmer trip.

The hotel was in easy walking distance of the fort, with great views from the roof top, but the highlight of the stay was the hospitality and generous advice of the manager Mr Bhanu. He was happy to disccuss not only Jaisalmer but the whole of India and gave me many suggestions for out-of-the-way destinations that only a local i.e. Indian, would know. Thanks
