NOT SO GOOD... STAFF WAS SO NON PROFESSIONAL... IT IS TYPE OF TYPICAL LODGING HOTEL.... BREAKFAST SERVED WAS SO AVERAGE..

I booked my room at 3 pm, when i reached the hotel at 6 pm, i did not give my check in. My 2 day room was booked but my check was not given till 6 hours later, i was not given the check in at 12 pm. But this place is not good, it is a bad experience at this hotel.

Although the stay was for just 1 day but the experience ,hospitality was zero , there was no Towel Given during check in , no soaps ,No toilet , dental accessories , I expect such basics to be there ,I used my own Towel , own Soaps for toilet and bath , I eventually had to call them just before check out time next day & asked them to send a Towel, which they did , only when I called them up right at check out time just to see if they even have it or not.
They had turned OFF AC from outside , we kept searching for Power Button in whole room , only Around 9 pm , i called them up , then they said OK we will turn Power ON from outside. I am a sleep Apnea patient , so i requested a spare Mattress , Blanket which they provided , was perhaps worst i ever got in any hotel till date , a Blanket been perhaps used by their staffs or for Drivers , plz see attached a pic of the Blanket given to me , it was smelling badly, dirty.

Yes, there is no negative point for this property! bed is very clean, white rajai with pillow. Quick response from desk. Healthy breakfast. Location is best. Not extra demand by any meber, staff reception. Thanks mmt. I am first time in jaipur.

Room size is very small, not clean, terrible sound near room and furniture is very old. Very bad taste of food. Worst experience. I don't recommend any one to stay here.

Worst exp with hotel. Geyser was not there. You need to ask them again and again for hot water. They had cut off the ac for which you have to ask them to turn it on. Bed was sounding so much, and the mattress was very uncomfortable. Tv also doesn't work properly for that too you have to call them to fix it.
