Madpackers Jaipur

In the centre of Jaipur with an excellent rooftop view. Good ambivalence at night. However, music plays at obscene times of the day/night (23:30/01:00/06:30?!) with deep bass that can be felt through the walls. My friends and I had private rooms and weren’t there for a party experience, but I’m sure it would have been a banging time if we were. The rooms were a mixed bag in terms of cleanliness. Good beds. Decent bedding. The kettle was however horrific, as were the teabags on offer. Grime and old dirt crusted within the kettle showed a lack of thorough cleaning. The bathrooms smelled of particularly rotten sewage, too. As for check-in, the procedure took too long and they wanted far too many details. It’s not ideal after a flight, and whilst I understand it’s customary for the hostel, it is the first time to happen to us in India. It felt over the top. We also arranged to do laundry there and the entire thing was a mess. The lady running the reception is smiley and lovely, but it was a complete hassle getting our clothes back. We were concerned we might not see them again, haha! If you want somewhere safe, central and with a good view, go for it. I would next time stay a little further out of the centre but that’s just me! Here, you get what you pay for :)

Very beautiful hostel, vibrant vibes, great rooftop , staff is very friendly, especially samli , she is the community manager here , she manages everything very nicely!! Everything about the hostel is amazing , i highly recommend this place to everyone.

Very nice hostel, Samli is the best host and this place is amazing.. great vibes, very nice food and very beautiful rooftop, i really recommend this place to everyone who is visiting Jaipur. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Kudos to the team and staff.

Perfectly situated in the city center, close to major attractions like Hawa Mahal, and public transport. A fantastic choice for travellers and group of friends who is looking for a budget friendly spot to stay, and the staff are friendly and helpful 👍

Such a cozy clean and comfortable place, has an amazing vibes. If you are travelling solo then you must have to choose your stay at madpackers, the staff was super nice and very helpful, the location is perfect, although you had an amazing experience here
