TownePlace Suites Jacksonville Airport

Excellent new hotel with amazing service. We arrived in the middle of a hurricane and things were chaotic, but the staff took care of us and were very helpful when we had to extend our reservation. Jessica offers to call us if a different room type because available that we were siting for and she came through. Maintenance, the breakfast service and housekeeping were all prompt and very friendly. Our only complaint is the sofa bed, which should not be considered a sofa bed. It’s like one of those new age space saving couches that makes into a bed with no mattress, cute idea but the sleeping surface is about as hard as the floor. Maybe ok for little kids but not for anyone else. There should be a memory foam mattress in the closet for people to use. We couldn’t sleep on it and put the couch back together as a couch and just slept on that, which again, not ideal for an adult. We ended up switching to a two queen room because of the sofa bed situation. We love the location, there are several places to shop and eat within a mile or two, and you can walk right across to a restaurant if you don’t feel like driving. Overall our stay was awesome and we would definitely come back and stay in a double room again.

Jaqueline was great maybe the best. She’s a wonderful front desk manager loved her she was ever knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks Jacqueline. I will definitely be staying here on my next trip to Jacksonville hopefully miss Jacqueline will be there to check me in when I arrive. If you even stay at this hotel ask for miss Jacqueline she the best

Our stay was due to the result of Hurricane Helene. We felt like we were right at home with all kitchen amenities. The hotel is new with spacious clean rooms, friendly and courteous staff. Will definitely stay here next time we come to Jacksonville.

The rooms are big, clean & have everything you need. Even the bathroom are big. The best part they are Pet Friendly! The rooms have a small kitchenette My biggest complain is the AC only goes down to 68° F in Florida, in the summer 🥴🥵 … also the door that goes to the stairs is very loud you can hear it like they are slamming it inside your bedroom.
