Our first stay was so great that we booked it again! I can’t express how wonderful this place is! The pool, staff, valet parking, location; it’s all a 10/10.

Absolutely incredible I could not have been happier with my room the view the staff the location the food everything was 100% perfect I cannot wait to say again!

Room 416 the refrigerator is froze up and wouldn’t cool anything, I didn’t realize this until the meds I took that had to be kept cool were ruined. The beds seemed way to firm but managed ok with that.

Location is definitely Jax beach but amenities were lacking. The restaurant and bar were not open early or late enough. This may change seasonal. It was clean. You were right on stretch with the bars and club. Definitely walking distance.

Love the hotel it’s very clean and concierge are very nice and helpful.

Nice hotel very clean. The outside was very dark at night. The bed was extra firm to hard for me made me and my wife sore. The shower was nice but didn't have a door or anything just one half covered with a piece of glass we didn't like it very cold while trying to shower.

Beware they Only have Valet Parking $27 a night for cars and $32 a night for SUV/Truck. No handicapped Parking unless you pay for it. No mention on their website about Only being Valet. We asked Manager about handicapped parking, and we were told we would have to pay $32 a night. The manager Ron was very rude about being handicapped. The bathroom fan did not work. If you want to go out and explore you have to walk or keep paying for valet parkers. A real scam to be hit with a daily parking fee when there is no mention on site about it and a true shame for handicapped people. Please Beware..

Great location,awesome service….however the room was not as clean as I expected. For the price I expect the floors, and the bedding to be cleaner. Nevertheless my 2nd time here, and I would definitely recommend

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and manager allowed it. The ocean view room is very misleading description. There were cigarette butts all over the balcony and burns on the patio furniture when it's supposed to be non smoking. The food is awful and overpriced. The pool is fully shaded by 2pm.

Nicely presented. Decor was festive and clean. Very little parking which forced you to fork over 37/day for valet. Restaurant offerings were skimpy with no in-room guide to nearby restaurants or attractions.
