The room was small in first day, after I complained it was charged to better size room. There a delay in assign of room even if you come after check in time. Overall the hotel is good.

이즈미트 지역내 가장 좋은 퀄리티의 호텔. 넓은 주차장을 갖고 있고 인근에 로컬 식당이 많아서 출장시에 저녁을 해결하기 아주 좋음. 호텔 내 조식은 아주 높은 수준의 퀄리티있는 아침을 보장하며 호텔 시설 또한 사우나, 수영장, 헬스장 등 잘 갖춰져있음.

오전에 일찍 방문했지만 일찍 체크인해주셔서 편하게 쉬었습니다. 직원 모두 친절하고 편한 밤이었습니다. 나중에 또 izmit에 방문하면 또 오겠습니다.

Spacious rooms and exceptional breakfast. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is helpful and supportive. A delightful stay overall.

Great hotel, located centrally in Izmit. The staff was friendly and spoke better English than on any of the other hotels I stayed at in the area. One lady in the bar sounded like she was from the UK despite not being so, so language barriers were not to be seen. The room was clean and the noise levels were low. The breakfast was great, a lot to choose from and it worked well for us non Turkish persons too. What was good: Location Cleanliness Language knowledge with staff Breakfast

The location is nearby of lots of attractions. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants and you can grap a taxi easily. The hotel is cosy and staff are extremely polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend everyone to stay in izmit

Thanks for the upgrade and exceptional service received from all staff. Breakfast buffet was great  and the family rooms with connections superb.  Location with easy accessibility to malls , outlets and sapanga and Kartiba mountains. Recommend with rating 10 out of 10 

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip in January. For price, quality, cleanliness, features, and staff that make you feel welcome, there won't be a better hotel to stay in this whole city. Whether it be business or social, everything and everyone is catered for. Lovely rooms, good food and a great gym with spa treatments available are just some of the features that make this hotel a standout. The best feature for me was the North Shield. A bar area which wouldn't look out of place back home due to its heritage style decorations, surrounded in a good old pub atmosphere. That being said, the North Shield wouldn't be as good as it is, if it weren't for the great staff working there. Berkan, Seda and Ali are extremely good at their jobs and deserve recognition for making the experience as good as it was. Very friendly, helpful, and would even listen to me when I had drank a few (they deserve a medal for this alone). I encourage anyone who stays at the hotel to visit the North Shield to experience their great hospitality. The hotel should reward their staff for their hard work and endeavour. Keep up the good work team !!! Look forward to staying again. I wouldn't be staying anywhere else in this city.

The best hotel in the area for business travel. The hotel has a very premium feel around it and the rooms are immaculate. Good room service and corridors regularly maintained. Breakfast is very fresh and plenty of options each day. The north shield bar is a great feature of the hotel and a special mention to Berkan, Seda and Ali who are a real credit to the hotel. They were very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for my colleague and I during our business trip, always looking to go above and beyond in their service. I would like to say that the staff in the north shield work long hours and from what I could see didn’t have the opportunity for proper breaks in their shift away from the bar, this is the only improvement I would recommend. Really looking forward to my next visit already.

Always stay here when on business in Izmit, hotel Is always clean and staff polite and helpful. North Shield bar is a good place to have some drinks and good food. Good value for money for business travel

Good hotel with easy access to parking Hotel is nice with good room size Breakfast is good with good variety for kids and adults. The hotel has covered swimming pool but didn't use as winter time now. You need to have car to go city center and other places. Check in and check out was fast
