I stayed for 2 nights. It was smooth Check-in time. They gave me late check-out at 2 PM. The bathrobe and dental kit by request. This is 4**** hotel, I believe, the bathrobe is supposed to be in a room. When I was talking to HSK (Housekeeping) regarding the bathrobe and shampoo/conditioner, because in a room 3 in one, she was in a hurry to leave, she did pay attention. But later was provided. The next day at night I was bite by bedbugs. I asked FO to change my blanket, but the receptionist Victoriya told me, there was no HSK, but I would bring for you - doing me as a favor. I asked her remove the previous blanket, I could not use it again. To my words she replied, she couldn't do it. I asked Why? And where I should put that blanket - She said, she did not know and left. She did not offer me to move to another room or change the bedsheet. She just almost running from me. I was shocked what kind of the service she provided to me, as to a guest. The next day I informed at the reception to Ms. Anastasiya, that I was bite, she told me there were no any bedbugs in the rooms. I requested to contact to Duty Manager. His name is Dmitriy. He was very polite and offered me upgrade the next time. This hotel is the best that I could find in Izhevsk, but they need to change the attitude to their guests and be more friendly and helpful. I wish HSK team will be more attentive to the guest and listen to them.
