Our stay at The Greenity was exceptional from start to finish. After a full-scale update, the hotel re-opened refreshed and revitalized in November 2024. Every staff member we met was warm and genuinely welcoming. We were there for a family reunion, and the service made it truly memorable. The hotel itself is stunning - peaceful, refined, and unlike anything else in the area. Despite its elegance, the atmosphere remains approachable thanks to the courteous and attentive staff. The meals were one of the highlights for us —both dinner and breakfast were beautifully prepared and delicious. The Western cuisine, with its elegant French influence, — just a note for those expecting American-sized portions: the hotel offers a more refined, quality-over-quantity dining experience, and we absolutely loved it. Our family members who opted for the Japanese breakfast also spoke very highly of their meal. We also had the pleasure of meeting the supervisor of the Western cuisine restaurant and the hotel’s general manager. It was clear that the leadership team at The Greenity is deeply committed to excellence and leads with genuine passion for hospitality. The atmosphere of the hotel is truly one-of-a-kind. It feels almost surreal to find such a refined and tranquil retreat in Iwata. Even if you’re a local, we highly recommend staying at The Greenity for a special occasion. The spacious rooms, beautifully maintained garden, and soothing hot spring make it the perfect place to relax and celebrate. Whether you're marking a milestone or simply seeking a peaceful escape, The Greenity and its staff will exceed your expectations. We'll definitely be back!

ビジネスで泊まりましたが、シングルルームは部屋が広く、無料Wi-Fiもあり、快適でした。ベッドの枕元付近にコンセントがあればなお嬉しいですね。 部屋にもユニットバスがありますが、天然温泉の大浴場もあります。アルカリ性単純泉と書いてありましたが、底が見えないぐらいの濃い茶色でした。サウナと水風呂もあります。庭にはビアガーデンもありました。 朝食は10階のスカイレストランでの和洋バイキングで、品数が多く、景色も良く、満足です。 部屋のトイレやエレベーターなど、少し古さを感じますが、また利用したいホテルです。

ビジネスホテル感覚で利用。 最近は大浴場のあるビジネスホテルが増えてきて嬉しい限りだが、このホテルは温泉というところが非常にポイントが高い！ 温泉に浸かって体を思いっきり伸ばすと一日の疲れが体の底から癒される感じ。 ひと風呂浴びた後は、ホテル内の割烹（？）三栗で好みの品を選びながらの一杯。 美味しいお酒に美味しいお料理に大満足！ しかし、部屋は広いが古い！ 部屋の家具なども一部壊れかけていたり・・・ そこだけが残念なところ。 朝食のバイキングも大変眺めのよい高層階のレストランだったので、部屋の古さも我慢できる範囲内！ 静岡・浜松間でビジネスホテル利用ならこちらが一番のお薦めかも。
