Louis Rooms

INCREDIBLE place. My partner and I fell in love with Istanbul and Louis Rooms played its part. They use WhatsApp to provide pretty much 24/7 support. We asked advice around tourist hotspots, restaurant recommendations and taxi booking. All their tips were excellent! The decor of the room was lovely and the bed was exactly the hardness I enjoy! The views from the balcony take in the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Magical!

This was my first time solo traveling and the staff went above and beyond to help me. They even helped me with some ideas for a day out, including restaurant recommendations. At some point a restaurant nearby refused to let me use my Mastercard and I didn’t have cash, the hotel helped me out. They helped me book my cab to the airport too. I can’t stress enough how much I love this hotel. All the pictures were taken from around that area. I walked to the tower and these surroundings almost every day. They also gave me a transportation card so I could use the tram to go to other parts of the city.

一個非常不起眼的門頭，進入的時候忐忑不安，心想不會踩雷吧，沒想到進到房間真的太驚喜了，房間不算大不算小，但是很精緻，還送了歡迎紅酒，前台也是很熱情很有禮貌。地理位置也不錯，靠近獨立大街！！

Маленький , стильный , уютный отель! Понравилось все! Отель прекрасен до мелочей, персонал вежливый и очень приветливый! С балкончика вид на улочки и Босфор! У моего друга был день рождения, когда мы вернулись в отель нас ждал сюрприз ! Торт со свечами ! Это было очень здорово ! Большое спасибо! Всем рекомендую этот отель! И обязательно вернёмся !

Отель с очень милым дизайном и свежим ремонтом. Комната принцессы, (без аромата сигарет). В номере все есть: тапочки, шапочки, косметика, очень хорошее вкуснопахнущее мыло, халат, полотенца с золотой вышивкой, фен с насадкой, которая правда на наделась, т.к. кто-то из гостей ее испортил. Пол-ламинат, ванная комната-небольшая, но все организовано прекрасно в ней, душ тропический и гибкий. На русском TV нет. Расположение идеальное по отношению к шоппинг-улице Истикляль. Не на самой улице, но очень близко. Рядом с отелем классное граффити до фото, уютный винный бар с маленькими столиками на аперитив, супермаркет Careful gurme метров 700, направо вниз спуститься и Галатапорт плюс остановка трамвая, до метро Таксим тоже недалеко, может метров 800. Очень клиентоориентированный отель: вэлком дринк, бутылочка вина комплимент и на чек оут также угостят кофе или напитком. Я путешествовала одна, для меня отель был идеальным. Снизила бал за отсутствие чайника с чаем кофе (бесплатным), только кофемашинка с капсулами по 2 евро. И главное важное: самые простые номера окнами выходят на 2 бара, в пятницу, субботу там дискотеки. Музыка как будто в соседней комнате, но часов до 2. Лучше брать номера с видом на сад, но они дороже. Кому интересно потанцевать, могут в один из баров под окнами сходить, у них было весело, танцевали под турецкие диско хиты. По завтракам: могу рекомендовать бар на Истикляль Midpoint (бар на 2м этаже с видом на Босфор) и Parole.

喜歡小陽台外的花園景，早晨陽光灑在房頂上的舒適感。內部裝潢很新，床很舒服～酒店步行5mins可到獨立大街～

Lovely little hotel in a very convenient location. Service from the staff was excellent and they really can’t do enough for you. Rooms are clean and tidy and well appointed with safe, fridge and bathroom amenities. 5 minute walk to Istiklal street and 8 minute walk downhill to Tophane where you can get a tram on the T1 line. Although the walk back from that stop is all uphill. 15 minute walk to Galata Tower. Our room was 5th floor at rear of building. We had lovely views and was quiet. Front of hotel view will be the street and could be a little noisy as there is a bar right outside. Only a couple of criticisms is that we only had 1 English speaking tv channel. Not a huge problem I know but we like to have it on in the background when getting ready or to catch up on news. The other is that you have to pay 2 euro for a nespresso coffee pod if you want a coffee in your room. I thought this was a a little bit tight to be honest. Having said that I would happily stay again and would recommend. Big thumbs up for staff and location.

No words, this is definitely one of my favourite places to stay in Istanbul. We’ve stayed in this hotel twice, every staying was so smooth and beyond our expectations. Hotel is very beautiful, small but a safe place, the access to the lobby is only by key cards so this prevents any random person from unexpected visiting. Nice and comfortable rooms, modern interior, mattress and bed were so cozy, it was really nice to sleep on this bed. Every time our room stayed clean and full of necessary amenities thanks to daily housekeeping. Great location but if you want to avoid outside noises from the bar you should take the side view and higher floor. Staff deserves all the good words, front desk receptionists were always helpful, friendly and ready to assist you whenever you need or order a taxi for you with a good price, also all of them could easily speak English so communication went so well. I’ve never seen such an incredible service from the front desk and excellent level of hospitality. Especially many thanks to Hakan from the front desk who made our staying so special and memorable, only good impressions stayed about Istanbul and this hotel. We had a new reservation with changing room type and Hakan really helped us with changing the room right away without any waiting!! Next time I’ll definitely choose this hotel again.
