Was very small shower was not so up to date shower with a funny smell from gutter ,but ok as we were visiting sites and needed to sleep ,was on an early morning flight due to canceled flight was worried IL be waiting on the street till check in time doors were locked but was a 24hrs reception he let us wait and sleep on the big leather couch as I had a child 12 yrs as nothing is open at 4am staff was very nice had no kettle in room but provided me with one overall it was a good stay sites only around 15 to 30 min walk to visit For the price it's worth it and the kindness they showed on early arrival

excellent hotel with excellent team work and excellent place to stay and enjoy beautiful istanbul.. room are clean ..stuff are nice and kind .. good breakfast ...i liked my stay and i will come back again soon

The service was great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary things. I also asked for an iron and for a balance (to weigh the baggage) at the reception, and they gave them to me, as well as a kettle which I asked for at the bar. The breakfast was so various and perfect! Lots of options for sandwiches, veggies, cheese, boiled potatoes, lettuce, sauces, youghurt, boiled eggs, cereals and cakes... Even the typical orient sweet - khalva. Coffee was really good too! The view from the canteen is highly enjoyable - you can see the sea with lots of ships. The room was cleaned every day, with towels changed and soap & toilet paper added. We didn't have any problems about check in and check out, the staff was even willing to help with calling a taxi. BUT there are also some problems about the hotel. The greatest inconvenience is that there are cockroaches - we killed two in the room and saw another one in the hall. The towels aren't always perfectly clean, but generally okay. The neibourhood is dirty, with a black migrant vibe. Although, the hotel is really close to the most popular tourist sights and to transport. The local Laleli market can be useful for those who want to do some cheap shopping.

At first sight it looked ok, but the rooms are so small we were happy to get out of there. Shower looks like it has not been cleaned for many years. Breakfast is a laughter, salat bar for breakfast. The restaurant is only for breakfast, no coffee on the rooms Allot of noise as well from inside the hotel as from outside. Not an area you want your daughters to go around at night time. when we asked the old man at the reception to order a taxi for the next day, he wanted 400 lira for that, but no card payment, it had to be cash (maybe his way to earn a little extra). We decided to leave the hotel and move to a better place

Отель подойдёт для очень непритязательного туриста, номера очень микро, вдвоём почти не разойтись, генеральная уборка в номере не делалась никогда такое ощущение, на плинтусах пыль слоем в несколько лет, про решетку батареи я вообще молчу, налёт от воды в душевой кабине видимо обычное дело. Но в целом каждый день поверхностная уборка всё таки была. В первый день заселили в номер 3 категории и это был ужас - плесень под обоями, постельное бельё в катышках, батарея за шторами вся в пыли и вид из окна на задний двор с мусором. После просьбы у турагента подыскать нам отель получше, поменяли номер на 4 категорию, там уже было получше и вид на пролив и обои чистые, но не супер конечно, но решили на 6 дней отдыха не заморачиваться. Персонал в целом приветливый всё подскажут всё помогут если что-то нужно. Райончик конечно тихий, но нам почему-то в начале сказали вечером там особо не гулять, ибо воруют, но мы приезжали затемно с экскурсий никого особо на улицах не было мы ни с чем не столкнулись. В основном торговые лавочки и такого же рода отельчики. Если закрыть глаза на некоторые неудобства и не идеальную чистоту в номерах для эконом отдыха норм, чисто утром уйти и вечером поспать. Для остального лучше выбрать что-то получше и район и класс отеля.
