Ulasan Palazzo Donizetti Hotel - Special Class

From the moment we stepped in we knew we had made a great choice. Stunning hotel so grand and the rooms are massive. In a great location with a beautiful roof top bar. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at Palazzo Donizzeti Hotel in Istanbul and had a great experience overall. The hotel is in a perfect location, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were very nice and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs. The rooms were comfortable, though we did have an issue with the air conditioning on our first night. The staff tried to fix it, and when they couldn’t, they moved us to a new room the next day, which was much better. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options to start the day. Despite the initial hiccup with the AC, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Istanbul.

We have stayed in this amazing place several nights in Istanbul. Very near to town and nice neighbourhood street and food. Breakfast was good too!

Firstly, I thank the Trip program for the excellent prices, secondly, I would like to talk a little about the hotel. In terms of the hotel, it is a beautiful and clean building and has all the services, and its location is also beautiful. On the negative side, the rooms do not have soundproofing, which means that you cannot sleep until 4 in the morning because of the music sound from outside the hotel, and the other thing is that the person in charge of breakfast does not have a way to deal with customers, and his name is ********, and he is not honest in what he says regarding breakfast timings, I prefer to ask the reception about breakfast on all days of the week. They also asked us to pay for sweets and drinks which was not available in a room , so Just argue with them if you did not use the food available in the room, if any

Service is not good at all

I just stayed one night at the hotel. it is a very nice place indeed. the rooms need maintenance especially the showers. bath towels should be replaced by ones of better quality. the hotel personel is very polite and helpful.

在伊斯坦堡住了三家，最喜歡這家酒店，我們十一點多就到了，本來擔心要到下午兩點才可以check in 前台小哥哥特別特別好十一點多就讓我們入住了，十一個小時飛行，風塵僕僕，可以提前入住，覺得很温馨。也有小哥哥幫忙拿行李，可惜那天我們剛到，沒有合適的錢給他小費。本來想後面兩天也住這裏，無奈沒有房間了。酒店和房間都很美，歐式風格，房間也很寬敞。一樓餐廳有個很可愛很漂亮的小姐姐，她還給我比心，我走的時候，我倆還緊緊擁抱了一下，總之，這家酒店無論環境還是服務都非常好，如果再去伊斯坦堡，我一定會再次入住這家。超級滿意❤️💗♥️

設施：很歐式的風格，不過燈光有點暗，隔音不是很好 衞生：一般的衞生條件，不好也不壞 環境：交通方便，離地鐵站比較近，走的方便 服務：很好的服務，拿行李介紹房間的情況，很好

環境：離塔克西姆廣場和獨立大街很近 衞生：衞生還可以 設施：酒店有些年頭，但是整體維護還不錯 服務：前台還不錯，都能幫忙處理一些事情

酒店位置沒得説，步行10分鐘可以到獨立大街，地鐵站也很近，周邊餐飲購物也很方便。酒店房間略微有些顯老，但是風格獨特，樓梯，傢俱，大堂都別具一格，經常有人來拍寫真照片。屋頂吃早餐的地方，風景宜人，可以眺望伊斯坦堡城區，服務也是周到熱情。

非常好的一個酒店。酒店位置好，就在獨立大街邊上，離地鐵站Şişhane非常近，自機場坐M11再換M2就能到。酒店本身已有一百多年，還保留了歐洲古典建築風格，非常漂亮。早餐是在頂樓的餐廳吃，在餐廳看出去的view 非常非常美。工作人員的服務態度也很好，我們到的比較早，前台工作人員在有空房的情況下，給我們辦了提前入住，非常感謝。下次去伊斯坦堡，我還會選擇入住此家酒店，也會向朋友推薦。

ホテルはとても綺麗でした！ ガラタ塔から歩けます。フロントスタッフがとても優しくて荷物を運んでくれたり丁寧に説明してくれました。 タクシーも呼んでくれて、ホテルから呼ぶと安くで乗れました♪

千萬千萬千萬不要定這個酒店！！！提前3個月預訂，到達之後告訴我們無法入住，騙我們去了一個5公里以外的酒店！！他説很近，結果超級遠！耽誤了非常多我們後面的行程安排！！！！！千萬不要定！！！！ 這個酒店本身也在一個小巷子裏，堵車很嚴重，我們從機場堵車2個小時到了這個酒店，它又給我們送到了市區反方向30分鐘的酒店！！！話術就是，另一家酒店也是我們家的！簡直是詐騙！！！！！
