Amazing hotel experience! The staff were excellent—friendly, attentive, and professional. Comfortable rooms and great amenities. Highly recommend for a perfect stay! Location was perfect, shops, restaurants and tramway are very close. Definitely go back.

Helpful & friendly receptionist. The room & bathroom are quite big! And my room has a balcony facing the sea too! Breakfast was ok. Ordered in room dining, chicken chop with rice, big portion & tasty! The hotel is located 7min walking distance to sultanahmet mosque, hagia sophia & also grand Bazaar. Lots of eateries nearby. The hotel is considered big compared to others in the sultanahmet area. Overall, I'm satisfied with my stay. Will be back for sure!

Nice hotel. Good location. Tram stop is just 3 min away. Breakfast was in turkish style.

Hôtel très bien placé, chambre double très confortable et spacieuse, personnel bien aimable et disponible Petit déjeuner bien copieux dans le restaurant au 6ème étage avec une vue imprenable sur les Bosphore. Si je retourne à Istanbul, je n'hésiterai pas à revenir dans cet hôtel.

I chose this hotel based on the many good reviews on Tripadvisor. And I was not disappointed at all. We were greeted kindly upon arrival and check-in went smoothly. We had a beautiful spacious double deluxe room on the fourth floor, with partial views of the Sea of Marmara. A room in brown soothing colors. Enough light in the room. A spacious bed, comfy mattress, good pillows. A well-functioning AC. The bathroom was spacious, with beautiful natural stone tiles. A spacious shower cubicle and the shower had a good water pressure. We were not bothered by noise from outside. The room was cleaned every day by a really friendly lady. Breakfast on the top floor was very good and extensive. You could order fried eggs any way you wanted. You could also order different types of coffee for a fee. On the first breakfast day I got an iced coffee for free. Mr. Bilal and his team were very well coordinated. The stars of the breakfast were Sems and Metin. The view of the Sea of Marmara was amazing. From 12 noon you could have lunch and in the evening you could have dinner in the 7 Milla Restaurant. We wanted to try the restaurant and had dinner there one evening. it was very good, very tasty and the service was top notch. We used the voucher that you receive upon check-in. This gave you a 10% discount if you dine at the hotel or use the spa. The hotel also has a small gym, a spa and meeting room at minus 1. This is a nice, modern and clean hotel with professional staff. The staff at the 24-hour lobby was always ready to give you information about anything and everything. Just like the other staff members who were very attentive and hospitable. The WiFi signal is strong throughout the hotel, even outside in the vicinity of the hotel. This environmentally conscious hotel is located on a quiet street surrounded by many eateries. It is within walking distance of the Cemberlitas tram stop and of some tourist attractions. It is also very close to the bustling Divanyolu Caddesi/Street and The Grand Bazaar. I cannot fault this hotel, which is why I highly recommend it. It's not cheap, but worth the price.

Wonderful experience overall! The staff is incredible. Shamis, Bilal, and Maten have is incredible service. The breakfast was probably one of the best I’ve ever had hands down. Make sure to ask Shamis for his secret tea…. Perfect way to start the day. 10000% would stay here again

The hotel was a very pleasant stay! We enjoyed every moment! The staff was very attentive and hospitable. We felt very welcomed at all times. It's very close to all of the main attractions so we walked everywhere. The hotel has Spa services! I also got the chance to experience a Sultan's Turkish Bath massage and scrub! It was a great experience. I was nervous at first but Oktay Filiz was very professional. I left feeling refreshed and ready for enjoying the city the next day! I came with pain in my neck and back but after the bath and massage my symptoms decreased and my energy increased! I do recommend staying at this hotel and going to see Oktay if you are ever in the city! Great Experience! Sorry I don't have any pictures of the spa experience but just know that it's worth the visit....

I spent a few days here on a short break in Istanbul. The hotel is in an excellent location in the Old Town. The staff in the lobby and restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful and made for a pleasant stay. The highlight of this hotel is the restaurant on the rooftop where you had a buffet breakfast (wonderful fresh orange juice!) with a stunning view of the Sea of Marmara. Rooms were spacious and clean, but very dark. I booked a deluxe room which has a balcony and city view, but most light (and view) is obstructed by very large trees a few feet from your window. Not a room you would want to spend much time in. The web site is a little misleading, one of the rotating background shots shows a swimming pool, which was one of the reasons I selected this hotel. Please note, there is no swimming pool and I do not know why this image is on the web site. A couple of comments for the management, I did message the hotel a couple of times (once using the contact form and once via email) a few weeks before my trip and did not receive a reply. Also, could you perhaps provide decent size cups in rooms, preferably a mug, for teas and coffee. Those small paper cups are useless. Just a word of warning for those coming to Istanbul, it is no longer a cheap city, food and drink are expensive and I would recommend finding restaurants outside the main tourist locations.

This hotel truly lives up to its 5-star reputation. Every aspect, from the rooms to the bathrooms and the food, is impeccably clean and well-maintained. The daily room service ensures everything remains spotless, and the staff pays great attention to even the smallest details. The team is friendly and works seamlessly together, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The managers went above and beyond to accommodate my elderly parents and children right from the beginning. A special mention goes to managers Volkan and Bilal, whose cheerful demeanor and willingness to assist in any situation made our stay even more enjoyable. During our three weeks in Turkey, this hotel stood out as the best, especially for its personalized approach to meals. A heartfelt thanks to Chef Summayyah, along with Buse, Sevda, Elif, Bilal, and Semsettin, who went out of their way to prepare dishes on short notice based on our special requests. Leaving this hotel feels like leaving home, and we’re incredibly grateful for the care and hospitality we received.

I visited the hotel for a hammam/massage etc there was a sign outside the hotel so thought I'd give it a go, as it was near to where I was staying. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience having water poured all over me in the marble room, plus a very detailed and multi-layered scrub/exfoliation treatment. Followed by a great massage and some other treats. I felt very well looked after and the I would definitely go back again. It was also very reasonably priced. The masseur has been massaging for many decades, and he had a very caring way about him. There was also lovely facial treatments at the end which I wasn't expecting.

Room very spacious and we slept well! View to the sea made it even better. Breakfast : described as continental but in fact was a wonderful selection of hot and cold food. The view from the restaurant is outstanding. All staff we met from cleaner to manager were friendly and helpful. In terms of location this is ideal for Sultanahmet with all its attractions. Our only negative point would be to note that the hotel website images are I suspect quite dated. For example room extras toiletries/refreshments were not as shown and lobby bar ( currently closed). However we would be very happy to stay here next time we are in town.

Loved this hotel. Nice big rooms, and good size bathroom with walk in shower cubicle. Spotlessly clean throughout the hotel. Wonderful views from the breakfast and dinner restaurant, which we used. Plenty of choice for breakfast with unlimited coffee/tea and juices available. Perfect position for the touristy bits of Istanbul, with loads of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Walking distance to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace in one direction and the Grand Bazaar in the other. All the staff were very accommodating particularly Ilker who was very helpful on reception. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in the hotel for a few days. A wonderful location and place to explore Istanbul. I was looking for a hotel with a SPA, I wanted to spend time walking, sightseeing and wellness in the sauna. We also wanted to get a massage. I fulfilled everything I decided and dreamed of. The atmosphere in the SPA made me feel comfortable and fully met my expectations of relaxation and renewal. I highly recommend this place and the service is very nice. Thanks. The view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing. It's worth it in every respect to visit this hotel.

Visited Innova Hotel Spa this evening for a package 2 massage! Honestly I’ve never got a hammam done and it was incredible! Octey gave me an incredible experience from start to finish!! Thank you Octey! Will recommend a visit and get a treatment done to top off your holiday!
