istanbul comfort hotel

Awful hotel that i have ever seen in the world i think bad quality , bad cleaness, bad services, cold water for bathroom, awful and very very bad breakfast. In totally i and other people that we travel with each other are unsatisfied and this hotel make bad travel for us.

The worst experience of my life!! I arrived at the hotel at 1:30 am, already when I got to the reception the boy smelled really bad. When we went up to the rooms on the dark spiral stairs with the carpet torn in many places I knew that our stay would not be ok! When we got to the rooms and saw the state of the curtains, the bed linen simply filthy, not to mention the overwhelming smell, I didn't even want to go into the bathroom to see what it looked like, I mean, besides the noise from the fan, an indescribable mess, in the second 2 me and the rest of the girls at 2 am went to look for another place to sleep and left from there!!! I do not recommend this hotel in any way, if it can be called a hotel, if I had to eat breakfast there I am sure I would have gotten hepatitis!!! 1 min from this hotel is a super nice and clean hotel and to high standards with large clean spacious rooms and very good food!!!!

I’ll start with the good points: it’s in a central location for trams and historical sights with plenty of restaurants on its doorstep. Downside: It’s not suitable for anyone with a walking disability (or has some form of mobility issues). Hotel is situated an extremely steep road with a couple of steep steps to get into the hotel itself. Once inside all the rooms are up a spiral staircase with some rather narrow steps. The lights in the hallways are on a timer and don’t always pick up movement so at times you’re walking in pitch darkness. There’s several places where there’s holes in the walls with exposed wires and cables which I felt was unsafe. At first glance the room looks clean but outdated as walls could do with a paint. The air vent in the bathroom was filthy showing it hadn’t been cleaned in months if not years. The room was tiny with the bathroom being so small the toilet was literally on the shower area. The ‘buffet breakfast’ was limited at best. Consisting of ham, cheese, tomato’s, cucumber, jam and bread. Nothing even remotely filling. The staff although friendly on the surface never engaged with any customers besides a smile and a hello and even then that’s when I stated it. In a nutshell avoid like the plague. As there’s 100% better, safer cheaper hotels within walking distance.

My 2 friends and I turned up yesterday at the Comfort Hotel and they accommodated the 3 of us for a Turkish Bath experience. The lady in concierge was lovely who booked us in and said she had space for all 3 of us. First of all we went into the sauna for ten minutes then we were washed down and then we were given a lovely hour massage from head to toe, this really was wonderful then we were given a salt scrub and washed down with a sponge, it was absolutely fantastic and very cheap under £20 per person. I would definitely go here again and recommend using the spa, it wasn't fancy but just what you need cheap and refreshing.

Покупала тур в Пегас по рекомендации знакомой из другой туристической компании. 1. Трансфер хороший с комфортом, гиды доброжелательные турки, очень хорошо разговаривают на русском, классные профессиональные ребята - с этим моментом 5/5. 2. Отель - минимум комфорта есть, нормально отдохнуть получилось. Кондер был-работал, мини холодильник был, телевизор, убирались/держали порядок каждый день, завтрак сами себе накладывали сколько хотели (красивый вид на море с крыши). Доброжелательный обслуживающий персонал, не хамили, не чувствовалось такого что у них на уме один бизнес/деньги, ни разу не было ругательных/спорных моментов. Из минусов: дверь не запиралась когда в комнате находишься, запирплась только дверь в ванную, на ресепшене сказали что левых людей нет, нечего бояться, спите спокойно, и ещё не было шторки в душе, на этом все минусы. Пастельное белье не первой свежести, в общем оценка отеля 4.5/5. Расположение отеля в туристическом центре, это очень хорошо. 3. Пегас - очень хороший сервис 5/5, начиная с менеджеров, которые гуманно помогли с подбором тура за котороткое время и все остальные кто был причастен к сервису за весь отдых - были специалистами, знающими что они должны (были удивительные моменты проявления заботы).
