Lokasi sangat bagus. Sangat nyaman untuk bepergian ke kota tua. Ada halte trem di depan pintu. Fasilitasnya juga bagus, tapi belum sebanding dengan standar dalam negeri. Masih bisa merekomendasikannya,

Di sini Anda berada di tengah-tengah Istanbul...lokasinya lebih dari sempurna...

Lokasinya bagus. Ada trem di seberang hotel, jadi sangat nyaman untuk pergi ke berbagai tempat wisata.

Pada dasarnya tidak ada layanan. Sarapannya hanya bisa dibilang kurang. Sarapan dan pelayanan hotel bintang dua dibayar oleh hotel bintang empat. Saya yakin banget.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The location of the hotel is really good and convenient. Right in front of the tram station. Breakfast was simple but good enough to get a good start on the day.

It is nice enough. The location is good in terms of public transport and the internet works well. I found the room too dusty and the bed isn't the best in the world. You also can hear the mosque early in the morning.  I was a satisfying enough stay.

Location is very good, just take the tram right in front of the hotel to many tourist attractions. Rooms are clean and stuff is helpful and friendly. Can recommend.

Exceptional service in breakfast hall & reception.

The hotel is not far from the main tourism points and the public transport Tram 1 is just right outside the hotel entrance. The hotel room is normal size and is quite good for one person to stay. The hotel staff are very friendly and they demonstrated their professionalism. Smith at Front Desk made check-in for me, assigned room in higher floors as I requested in my room reservation and he also did check-out for me with his nice farewell. Housekeeping staff Serife, Melek tidied up my room nicely and refilled complimentary bottle water in refrigerator. Breakfast restaurant served variety selections(coffee, tea, juices. different bread, cold cuts, hot, fruits and cookies/cakes. Staff Berna,Terik and a young female hostess at restaurant are warm, friendly and energetic. The hotel impressed me this time and I hope I could stay there again if I have any chance in Istanbul in the future.

Good location in busy area

This hotel is perfectly located in front of tram station. Upon arriving i receive a welcome tea. Need to wait a bit before checking in. Room was nice but the tv channel hang once a while. Nice view and it is value for money

Loved staying here, good location to catch the metro (literally outside) close to mc donalds if you like mc donlads as well as Hafiz Mustafa. The staff were friendly, easy checking in and checking out (very fast) they had everything in hotel such as (essentials, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and also complimentary drinks which they topped up everyday) - thank you!! Will definitely stay here again 🫶🏽
