The hotel does not provide 24-hour front desk service and is very impatient. I couldn't sleep at night because it was too hot, so I called the front desk, but the front desk was sleeping. I called three or five times, and after answering, I was told to open the window to sleep. I enjoy hotel service, not IQ education. Don't I know to open the window? The attitude is very bad.
