Its always a good option for a business trip to İstanbul. Clean calme and very good prices . I like the garden and the locationof this hotel.

Nice hotel clean and well placed

How is it possible for a hotel to receive 5stars where the cleaning of the room is about taking the trash out an putting 2 bottles of water? They made the beds without changing the mattresses. There was an odor in the room mixed with smoke, humidity and mold. Minibar was empty, never filled and asked if we used it during checkout. They were not aware it was filled or not. We waited housekeeping for 3 hrs for additional mattress after our request during check in. Sofa was dirty and burnt with cigarette. Under the sofa there were all kind of trash.

Location: a bit far from the centre. You need to take taxi to go to the hotel, and also to go out from the hotel. Service: the food from the room service is very delicious and also affordable than most of the restaurants. You need to try it! It also has an indoor pool which is nice. The food for breakfast was decent like all other turkish hotels.

I am not person of writing bed reviews or complaining, this it was unbelievable experience for me, I am working myself in similar industry hospitality. first night in the hotel I couldn’t sleep, I got bitten by some sort of insects apparently all over my body. I went to the lobby to tell them my situation i even showed them my bites all over my face and body, and the picture of the insects that I find in the bed. They told me manager will come around 10am and you can speak with him! I waited until 10:30 then they told me manager is not there again but they can change my room to different room that’s all they can do. I was scared i will get kicked out from the hotel so I just kept quiet I went to the pharmacy they recommended me some cream is so sad that the manager ignored my all the way for the rest of the week. Really really disappointed from the management team!

The hotel location isn’t convenient and I ask to help me with luggage when I check and when I check out they didn’t help me at all even it was 3 big luggages i cared by my self in high stage

Overall, it was an average hotel. However, the location is not that accessible.

konum olarak mükemmel hotelin bahçesi çok güzel temizlik ve temizlik bazi bayanlar hiç hoşuma gitmedi dişardan gelen insanllar gece bahçede içki servisi yapılmamali bu konudan çok rahatsiz olduk

Sehr dreundliche und eingenemen Service

Oteldeki konaklamam ile ilgili bir sorun olmadı. Ama trip.com sitesinin bana fatura yerine makbuz vermesinden dolayı mağdur oldum. Bu yüzden otel konaklama ücreti bana iki katına mal oldu. Eğer trip.com sitesi fatura vermezse, bundan sonraki konaklamalarımda tercih etmeyeceğim.
