Oh my god, this hotel was next level. This location is unbeatable magnificent views of the Bosphorous the blue mosque and many other sightseeing must do’s.
The house Restaurant were fantastic. The staff all spoke English fluently. They couldn’t do enough to assist. I love the place. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

I had an absolutely amazing time at this beautiful hotel with its breathtaking Bosphorus view. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive throughout my stay. The outdoor pool was wonderful, and the spa team was not only professional but also very friendly, making the experience even more relaxing.
The rooftop bar and restaurant were exceptional, offering both a stunning view and delicious food – the sushi and meat platters were outstanding. The warm hospitality truly made me feel at home. The lobby, with its elegant atmosphere and view, was also a highlight.
During our stay, we celebrated my son’s birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a complimentary cake prepared by the chefs. This thoughtful gesture made the day unforgettable. Every morning, the attentive waitress would kindly serve me hot water along with my dry apricots – a small detail that meant a lot to me.
Overall, this is a beautiful, clean, and welcoming hotel. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making our stay so special. I will definitely be back!

I stayed at Swissôtel in Istanbul with my wife for 4 days. Overall, the hotel itself is beautiful—great location, nice facilities, and a comfortable atmosphere. Most of the staff we interacted with were friendly and welcoming.
However, a couple of things really affected our experience. One night, the power went out for about 20 minutes, which was very inconvenient. Also, when I tried to extend my stay, the front desk staff initially told me it was possible and encouraged me to do so. But later, a manager informed me (in a very rude way) that there were no rooms available in the same category and that I had been misinformed by his colleagues. The tone and attitude were disappointing, especially for a hotel of this standard.
Other than those issues, our stay was enjoyable, but I expected a smoother and more professional experience from a 5-star property.

I booked bosphour view and they put my room in level 7 and the windows view is totally covered by trees and you cant see the bosphour
The clean of the room is not good they didnt change the bed i stay 4 night and they change it only when i talked to them 3 times
Breakfast is the same every day

Compared to last year, I have to give a minus point for the service, but this is not due to the staff but rather to the management. With such a high guest frequency, more staff should be employed accordingly. They were sometimes overwhelmed and couldn't quite keep up with all the orders and clearing the tables, forgetting orders, Refills etc.
I recommend it anyway because it’s a nice Hotel well located!!!

Stayed for only one night...Great location and view of the bosphorus however the nearest sightseeing spot is 15 mins walk which is ok in a less humid weather honestly, so in July and August be prepared to use Uber more often and traffic is really a problem in Istanbul
room view and breakfast variety and view are these hotels main assets
Breakfast has all what u can think of...sausages, eggs, smoked salmon, cheeses, try the almond croissants as well
Overall a great hotel, only problem is that the city itself wasn't really for me however if I ever come back I will definitely stay there
