Great location, friendly staff, lovely hard working restaurant staff but not much choice in food menu but nice. The Hotel will do absolutely wonders with an upgrade to its bedrooms and the washrooms as the location is perfect with local amenities shops and money exchanges and not far from the tourist attractions.
Definitely needs TLC to bedrooms and bathroom/ washrooms HOWEVER the hotel prices are okay.
We have plans to revisit Turkey in December and would love to come back to this hotel but really hope and wish that they upgrade the bedrooms etc.

The hotel is conveniently located, about a 30-minute walk from the Fatih area. The rooms are spacious and clean, exactly as shown in the online photos. However, the housekeeping staff should be more mindful of guests resting in the morning and ensure a quiet environment. Loud shouting between rooms is very disruptive and can lead to negative reviews for the hotel. There is also room for improvement in the bathroom design. A great detail is that we were able to park the car on the street in front of the hotel. You just need to be lucky to find a spot initially, then leave the key at the reception, and if necessary, they will move the car for you. Enjoy!

I definitely WOULDN’T recommend staying at this hotel. My room REEKED of cigarettes, the soap dish was apparently used as an ashtray (as shown on the photo), you are given 2 glasses, but no drinks - not even complementary bottles of water! Wifi is super slow, and there’s almost no connection to it after 9pm. Atmosphere is unwelcoming, towels were dirty, sheets were in questionable condition (as shown on the photo). Honestly, all the negative feedback I have read from here happened to be true. I am questioning whether the positive comments have been paid for. Breakfast is nothing special. The only pro is that it’s close to a tube/tram station (walk distance) and that there are a lot of restaurants nearby. I guess for a short stay is fine. But if I were you - I would book somewhere else.

The hotel met our expectations! Recommended hotel for a vacation of a few days. We have no complaints about the service. Service staff. Receptionist Irfan is to be commended! Everything was as agreed. Recommendations!

This hotel is relatively cheap in the area. Rooms are small. Breakfast was surprisingly wide selection. Friendly staff. Some smell of cigarettes even on a non smokers floor, so if you are sensitive be aware. You get what you pay for. Fine for 1 night on the way home.

First of all the cleaning lady has stolen our money when we went for breakfast. We figured it out on the aiport... Second of all we took hotel with swimming pool, we paid more money for this pool. But, the pool was CLOSED for 2 days! This is ridiculus. Moreover there was a mold everywhere. DON'T GO THERE! KEEP YOUR MONEY WHEN YOU GO FOR BREAKFAST.

When I arrived I told the receptionist that I booked a triple room he told me to go to the next door and it’s not there. He had a very bad attitude and he was very rude .I understood that the hotel have 2 entrance and it 2 different buildings.I checked in and went to my room. The room was disgusting smelly and dirty , noisy I couldn’t find any facilities no slippers ,no shampoo ,no dressing. They asked me to pay cash I told them That I read in *********** that I can pay by card . He told me the system it’s not working. We couldn’t sleep that night . In the morning I asked to change my room ,otherwise I have to cancel my full stay and change the hotel . Mr Osman helped me and showed me a room in the other building which was better than the first one even the view but very smelly with cigarette and dirty carpet. Breakfast was very basic every day the same, no choice and for the pool was closed; the reason was cleaning

Las fotos del hotel no coinciden en su mayoría con la realidad. De hecho el baño es muy minúsculo y dos personas no entran ni de broma, ya costaba que entrara una. La ducha sucia, el lavabo rajado, tuberías que se ven... Mala imagen la verdad. El desayuno nada europeo. Hay mucha aceituna, ensaladas,....y tema dulce alucinamos porque no había ni una magdalena ni croissant. Tampoco había pan para tostar. Yo desayuné un poco de pan con Nutella y cereales. El hotel necesita una buena reforma.
